I should try the SVD tonite and play more "battle sniper", since that class and the medic are fast becoming the frontline assault classes of choice.

say that 1% is hacking. that's a lot of people. it only takes one hacker with a aimbot and a svd to mess up the game. i went on a server lastnight and it was really one sided. then a hacker started dropping cars all over the place. i leave that one and get on another server just to see a hacker and leave. out of the 2-5 hours i play a night. lately most nights i see some guy trying to shoot people threw walls or the cars start coming down ....ect

a aimbot and a pkm is nasty too.

i saw this one noob hacker empty a pkm into a building. i guess he was wondering why the 5 guys on the other side of the building wheren't dieing :laugh: i wish i would of took a screen shot. it still makes my laugh when i think about it.

SVD rapid fire is awesome, and then it still can kill with 1 shot...i think its a lot more popular specially in relatively close combat.

And that's the fallacy about snipers in BF2. There is nothing 'close-combat' about snipers. Yet in BF2 they're on the front lines, along with another non-close-combat class, the medic.

These classes, along with the supply guy are the top classes of choice for assault now. It's ****ed.

These are all support, supposedly mid-long range classes. PKM is a cover fire weapon, not a front line weapon... It is a heavy weapon that must be stationary and on a tripod in order to have any accuracy at all.

A medic's weapon is light, to allow mobility on the battlefield, healing others - yet his SMG is God-like in the game.

A sniper picks off people at a long, long range, hidden in the brush - now they don't need to be hidden, and are on the frontlines dropping claymores, throwing nades, using the SVD auto weapon to own at 10 yards,etc. BF2 is a circus, really.

TBH, they should combine Assault and Medic, considering Medic practically is Assault. Although the flashbangs are the best things ever for flag capping/defense. Too bad they're quite nerfed in terms of throwing power.

Regarding the recoil..thats an easy one...shoot and pull down at the same time, with a bit of practice...Voila..no recoil:)

Why do people instantly assume hack when someone else is good at a specific class? Is it less painful than admitting they are better than you?

and 10 bullets with sniper to head from 300m is nice way to cheat i guess

Hmm maby more hacker but why wouldnt they use the support that has more then 10 bullets more like 100.

I don't think the SVD gets much, if any, deviation from firing off quick consecutive shots. That's what makes it so choice for hackers.

Well, I tryed the SVD. It sucks in battle. Yet, I love it as a sniper kit.
