    Man, who cares its a kid playing a video game online... As for the wasted father-son thing im a 14 year old kid who plays hockey, hangs out with friends, and goes to church just like any other kid would, but my dad has MS. We cant go outside and play baseball or football like a normal kid would. He is an IT guy so we play a couple of hours playing bf2 togeather when ever we have free time. So, just maybe think before you diss some kid for playing a video game.

                If he can understand the game mechanics, which aren't hard to grasp, I don't have a problem with it.

                Since bf2 isn't really very violent (puffs of dust ...c'mon), I'd argue the game is 'kid safe' in that regard.
