He can't be older than 10, it shouldn't be allowed. Not because all the blowing stuff up and shooting people at his age will inspire him in later life to establish some sort of cult WACO style compound, but more because I don't want to hear pre-pubscent screeching over VIOP.

My son is 5 yrs and 2 months, he plays Bf2...singleplayer.
He has always had a knack for gaming, along with his other intrest.

He has a Gamecube in his room, he is allowed to play his favorite games (X-men legends, Spiderman, Turtles, Naruto) 1-2 hours every other night...right now its winter plus we live in a city area..so to let him play outside means cars, bums and crackheads.

For car rides he has a Nin. DS in the back console...he has some Pokemon games and such for it.
His favortie comp games are the Star Wars Lego games. We also have Gametap so he has been playing Splinter Cell and Tony Hawk 4 alot. He has stopped playing Bf2 single player since 2142 has came out and now plays the single player of that...come on every kid loves Mechs

In the summer tho he barely touched it, now since his outside playign is limited since he doesnt get home from Kindergarten till 6 (after school he is in a exteneded program) which means by the time he gets home its dark.
So depending on the night depends on if he is gaming or not. Last night was are drawing/painting night, tho tonight is gaming night since it is friday.

And for the love of god dont blame games for violence and such...
theres been violent acts by adults and children since the dawn of man, and the same 3 factors have been the reasonign for it since then..
      1. Parenting or general intrest in the childs life..I talk to my kid like a person, I shower him with praise but am quick to knock his *** for a loop if he gets out of hand...all in all he is bright little dude.

      2. mental state, if a person has underlying mental issues sure a game can maybe enhance them but in no way can a evenbalanced person do a 180 and become Charlie Manson over some Bf2. I wouldnt let a kid with ADD that likes to hurt animals and break stuff play Bf2..

      3. My kid rules...come on..he is bright, great at sports, can fully operate a game system along with a WSAD set-up...plus he has a kick a$$ mohawk and enjoys when I pick him up from school and pop in his recent favorite album..an oldy but goody Rage Against the Machine. Nothing beats a 5 yr old going " come with it now!!!" then doiing the guitar effects with his mouth.

The coolest thing tho was once we were visting his grampa in the hospital and when I asked the nurse the room number she said " Its room C4 "
His eyes lit up and he had to explain to the nurse that its cool because last night he used C4 to blow up a tank...that was awkward.

He is altered pic of us at a sixers game (sorry no real pics, gotta watch for pervs)..note the Mohawk and hip hop pose.

My good mate in Sydney used to let his 6 yr old son play BF2 online. He had his own account and all and was worringly good Tk's aside. However, he banned him cos he used his Dad's account and picked the 2 shotgun unlocks at 8,000. My mate was not happy lol

I know later on his life around his teens Ill become a dork in his eyes and uncool and such, so gotta cherish those moments while Im still a god in his little world.

Plus Im hoping by the time he is 16-18 Ill be cool enough to chill out with him around are pool when he starts bringing over hot chicks in tight little bikini's..then Ill be cool dad sitting in my lawn chair eyeing up some firm little boobies trotting around my pool. Ill only be in my late 30's so luckily I wont be a crippled old man with saggy balls and back hair.

Or if Im really lucky maybe he'll be a pro-athelete or rockstar...groupies *drool*

Probably, so you better hide your mother.

                        -

It pains me to see whats going on when I go back to the village where I grew up. I had bruises, broken bones and a childhood with loads of fun. Since morning up to late evenings we were outside, no matter what weather. A true childhood. Nowadays the village is so empty, kids smoke at 13, some even do drugs and fvck me dead... 90% of them or more choose their PC/console over a game of tags in abandoned industrial buildings.

The difference in childhoods, within just less than 10 years.

So yeah, this picture makes me sick. But not because its a 10 year old admin. Because its a 10 year old with a wasted childhood.
