The G36E is a great gun and SF is a lot of fun as well. If you have the G36E and want to play medic then use it and pay no attention to the whiners when you repeatedly kill them.

You know what I mean.. The G36E is just a one click kill your just prone and one click boom dead. Whilst the others require more aiming but I am not going to spend any more time to this ******** since it's true that the G36E is WAY more powerfull than the AK-101 and that VERY OFTEN most people take it and are saying:

Hey man you were pwnz0Red!1!!! By my 1337 G36E unlock which doesn't requires any skill.. It's often used in Karkand where CQC often happens and where the G36E in 99% of the cases wins if it's in the hands of somebody which has a tiny bit of aim and can click his left mouse button.

You're an idiot.

The AK-101 is fully automatic rifle with a high-rate of fire and high damage rounds and thus is classified as a "spray n' pray" weapon while the G36E only has single shot and burst and thus classified as a aim and click weapon.

Yes the G36E is accurate but having good accuracy is a double edged sword because an accurate weapon is only useful if your aim is accurate. Also because the G36E only has single/burst you have to control you clicking rate and click for every single round unlike with the AK-101 where you can just hold the button (which is much easier and lets you concentrate more on aiming). I've lost count of the times I've run in to an AK-101/RPK/G3/PKM and they just start spraying at me full auto from range and deviation sends one of the rounds randomly in to my skull for and instant death. I never get those wild luck shots with the G36E because I fire less bullets that are much more accurate.

G36E is the best gun in the hands of a skilled player because if you can aim and control your rate of fire it's very deadly but it's also the worst gun in the hands of a n00b because you can't count on it to give you lucky headshots like all the other fully auto weapons.

i so agree with you there. im sick of hearing ppl b-i-t-c-h and whine about things that they get purely owned by and cannot do the same themselves. boo hoo have a fkn cry. no other medic gun is superior to the g36e, whether its the POS L85, m16 or the ak. for the semi auto vs full auto discussion, just becasue you cant time your fkn clicking right doesnt make it a noob gun for those who have mastered it, i can make that thing fire like full auto with twice the rate of fire as ur useless ak. clearly a superior weapon. not saying its not possible to down inf with the ak, no no, thats peanuts also, but on a comparison: g36e>any other medic gun.
as for the discussion of why does the medic have a huge fkn assault rifle that out-performs even the g3 or the f2000 (aka n00btube): as far as i am concerned every kit has its own responsiblities and advantages, however medic is probably THE most important role in infantry, think about it, basically, ur role is NoT to die, stay alive at all costs eliminate threat and revive. medic, being in my opinion the most versatile character and the most swift cannot be helpful to the squad if dice had swapped the weapons for it with any other class. if you read about medics in RL wars and urban warfare u will read to find that they are the most elite soldiers with sophistication more than others.
let me guess, because i defend the medic kit and the g36e i am a nooob right? pfft, say whatever u want about the medic kit/unlocks, its not gonna change whats gonna happen when ive got my 36e locked and loaded and turn the corner to see u with ur cant aim for s h i t ak or other. the only other gun thats accurate like the 36e at long range is the l85, but other than that its useless (comparing to the 36e ofcourse).

That they are armed with much smaller weapons. Pistols or SMGs, not assault rifles.

BTW I think you are a noob. Let's go through this step by step.
You defend the G36E, because it is a good gun.
It's a good gun because anyone can own with it, you just need to point and click.
Your steadfast defense of it and this method of shooting implies that maybe, just maybe, you love your points too much and that's all you CAN do...?

Anyway I'll take an AK101 any day over the G36E. If I'm British SAS, and I have the choice between the L85A1 and G36E the choice is simple.

I won't be a medic. L85 simple sucks, no two ways about it, it's extremely inaccurate. The G36E it's no challenge at all, ANYBODY who has used it can agree. Even at close quarters, you may say it takes skill because it's a three shot burst, well you can still spray and pray with that. You just wait until you POINT the gun at the enemy, which I do with the AKs, THEN you fire. Still no skill involved.

A skilled person may use the G36E. An unskilled person may also. But you cannot tell the difference because it requires NO skill.

The M16A3 which is in service(U.S. Navy) is full auto not burts. The AK101 is used by the Russian army.

You gotta think about how the guns are used in real life..

Ak101 is built for ripping people to pieces.. when they're close enough. M16 is actually a fully automatic weapon, and the reason why they restricted it to burst confuses me but that's beyond my point.

Yes G36E is a noobs gun. Fighting off entire armies using it is annoying if nothing else, because it has almost NO recoil.

Whoever does the weapons for BF2 needs to be fired, and someone with a brain given his job.

The G36E is an unbalanced monster, a great gun becuase it's so easy to use, but becuase of that very feature, it becomes a massive noob cannon. Just point and click, no skill required whatsoever. Given 10 minutes of practice any 10 year old with one eye and half a brain can learn to prone spam, drag the sights over a target and click 2 or 3 times for a near garenteed kill. It's the point whores dream wepon.

Don't get me wrong, I like to use it when the squad's in a rut every now and then, but there's no challenge involved with it. It's only an annoyance when it's the only gun ever used by a person.

Anyone who defends the 24/7 use of that gun is most likely skill-less, a medic point whore, or both.

The way I see it:

L85A1 > G36E

For anyone who has some skill and wants a challenge, that is the way to go, but all the medic base wepons are great aswell.
