G36E - Jesus Christ!

I'm quite unique in that I've made it to First Sarge playing mostly AT/occasionally spec ops. Last night I decided to have a proper go at the medic kit for a few IO rounds and I cannot believe I've been running about with a diddly P90 pea shooter when I could've been mowing people down with a G36E. Point, two clicks, instadeath. Sweet enola gay. Came out of rounds with a 4:1 kdr, won a few medals.

What a gun.

The gun for noobs yes. If you want to own take a AK-101 or a M16 which is more depended on actual aim than the G36E..

Yeah, probably. I do like the AK-101 for short-mid range combat but find it a bit lacking at a distance. M16 I've never really bothered with.

I've only picked up the G36E a couple of times, it seems meh. I dont like the 3 shot bursts, which is why I hate the m16. The Ak 101 is awesome though.

Recently I've been using Engineers kit, the shotgun. Now THAT is some sweet gun! It's all I've been playing for a week, engineers. Pop and drop that gun kills like no other love it

AK101 rules em all, only for cqc. I wouldnt rely on mid-long range though.
The best for me is still the L85A1, its 1-2 shots will instant kill anyone, but will miss your enemy once u panic.

Well, yeah. Seeing as almost every other gun needs to be used in single shot for medium/long range encounters and the G36E doesn't ever need to use single shot, ever. Plus it has 32 damage, 2 over the M16. Plus 900rpm so those 3 bullets come out real quick, and you can do 3 round bursts very fast in succesion.

It's the only gun in the game where it's 100 percent totally superior than what its suposed to counterpart (M16). Abit of 2142 (Unlocks = easier killing) in BF2. The rest of the unlocks are balanced to their counterparts. Plus you get grenades and infinite health.

Now wait a minutet! I've played medic for 100+ hours with out the G36E -I only got special forces recently and I think I deserve that weapon! Besided I dont think this is the only very unbalanced weapon unlock-the P90 for instance....

You gotta think about how the guns are used in real life..

Ak101 is built for ripping people to pieces.. when they're close enough. M16 is actually a fully automatic weapon, and the reason why they restricted it to burst confuses me but that's beyond my point.

Yes G36E is a noobs gun. Fighting off entire armies using it is annoying if nothing else, because it has almost NO recoil.

Whoever does the weapons for BF2 needs to be fired, and someone with a brain given his job.
