Now where did I imply that the game made the distinction that I tried to avoid the ram?

I merely said I started to bank right to avoid the ram. All i'm wondering is who got credit for the kills...the rammer or the victim. Clearly you don't understand the question.

a jet is faster and more nimble it is difficult for a chopper to intetionally ram a flying jet.

Also as a jet pilot you have to take into account that when your shooting a chopper you can bet it's going to fly upwards or drop low, so why would a pilot go low or high to avoide the heli? Just turn away.

So yes if a jet rams a plane chances are its the pilots fault. I know this being an attack chopper whore and being rammed all the time especially on Dalian...

That does make sense. However....I had started the bank already. Not a hard one but at least somewhat of an effort to avoid the ram. I see all the time the attack choppers bank hard right or left as soon as they get a missle lock warning or cannon fire. Remember.....I was on his 6 so he had no visual awareness of me. I could have been 100 feet above him coming in on a steep angle or ....as was the case...the same altitude. he had no clue. His reaction was probably to hard roll right to avoid taking anymore damge. Unfortunatley he "rolled" right into me as I was passing.

Again....the question isn't did I ram them or did they hit me. It's a question of the points and why does one get awarded the kills over the other.

You got credit for the kills because you inflicted some damage to the helo with your guns. The game gives kills to whoever has caused more damage. The game doesn't have the intellect to dictate who made the better effort to avoid the ram. The fact that you even implied that is quite hysterical.

What i really enjoy are those instances of ramming, that end up in just bouncing insanely off of whatever you hit. I have been playing alot of Operation Road Rage lately. A few times now, i have bounced off of the enemy A-10, no crash, just a big shove, and near heart attack.

I think some guy posted a video of himself wrapping around a tree, just getting thrown off direction, and sent off the other way, haha, no crash.

Hehe, I once wrapped my MiG around a pole at the end of the MEC runway on Oman and started flying in the direction I came from. Nearly crashed into the runway, but I made it

YOU hit the chopper. The chopper is slower than you. If a faster vehicle hits a slower vehicles FOR ANY REASON, it's the faster vehicle's fault. You should have anticipated his possible movement and pulled away sooner.

Regardless of what YOU thought he should have done, the chopper pilot banked to avoid your guns. Even if he pulls up into your flight path intentionally, that is a legitimate tactic to force a jet to break away. If a jet hits anything, it's the jet's fault.

I've only used jets for 2 things in this game:

ramming and taxi service to the carrier so I can spawn kill on foot.
