just played with mettalica, i was able to get about 60 points in F35 while mettalica was taking care of J10s, I did bombing and took out some choppers, its been a while since I had a fun round like that

Joystick will ultimately out perform k/m when it comes to jets, period. Oddly, I still use k/m for choppers and do pretty decent.

tbh i also use mouse and keyboard, but can't kill anything in air with dam machine gun ;\

i think high setting is pretty important so that u see as far as possible.

my aviator stats suck, I never liked dogfights before I only did stunts, I think Ill start using my joystick since dogfights are becoming fun

Im already able to hit choppers easier, its all about practice

Wow nice helicopter stats where do you live we should go on a server and fly together?

I have been flying jets for a while now, 30 hours in a jet is good for me since I can only go on during the weekend, And the only reason my helicopter K/D is bad coz of the pub noobs who cant fly, I really wish I could have someone to fly with only lol..

i hate to side with metallica on this one:

but the logical argument is that with a keyboard and mouse, you simply cannot execute an extended manuever without picking up your mouse. Pulling that joystick back is like having an infinite amount of mouse-pad and mouse-cord. You don't have to stop to reposition the mouse.

Well how come and i can do multiple spins and manuvers and i never have to reposition my mouse or anything? its always basically in the center of my mouse mat. Also i've also used mouse and keyboard in BF2 as i don't have a joy stick but no planes ever really give me trouble in a dogfight

ehh lol my ratio sucks coz I started getting into TVing a couple of months ago, before that Id get TVd and wonder what the hell killed me then one day I downloaded a BR demo and watched it, i noticed a heli high in the sky so I focused on him and I noticed he was using the TV guided missiles, I mostly fly so thats why my ratio isnt the best

Im planing to start a new account once I get familiar with a joystick, that way I can have a good chopper and jet ratio

just came back from DMOC dalian, had almost 50 points and about 5 deaths in F35

85 points 1 deaths on oman, all I used was F35, didnt touch the cobra

luckie them i didnt touch the cobra lol coz most ofem sucked, yea it was good practice I guess, I machine gunned the helo a couple of times, also took out the jet twice with the machine gun and alot of times with the missiles, took out alot of armor and infantry, base raped a lil too

I know of 2 very skilled pilots who fly with mouse and KB and i bet there are many more. I personally use mouse+kb for everything and have not had any problems tbh. If i get shot down it's usually not because i use mouse + kb, but because i suck at jets.

I find it quite difficult, but fire bursts (stay in "bomb" mode)and aim at the nose when on its 6 and sometime before the round ends you may down the enemy jet. It seems to take forever to take down a jet with the guns.:hmm:

I use mouse and keyboard and rarley die too agianst the j-10. The trick is toget real close and click this will be a instant kill with missiles too . If your a 100m + aim infront of the j-10.

And about people saying joysticks are way better well there not ok i know loads a people who use the mouse.
