Metallica - do you use logitech's profiler software for your joystick and if you do please post some screenshots of your settings. Your joystick seems to be much less jittery than mine and Ive tweaked my settings and use a 3d pro also.

Awesome educational video my man!

I have a few replies without quotes.

As for only showing bits instead of one straight video, the viewers have to get re-oriented for each shot, and it wouldn't be as educational. One shot makes the most sense.

I'm kinda glad it was moved to media. It's the only section I look at, except for checking the RSS when I'm bored.

Don't worry about the haters. They're bumping your thread for you.

If you wanted, just post a new thread detailing some jet tactics, and link to this thread for the video.

Nevertheless, great job. I'm keeping an eye here for more of your replies.

...oh yeah, and I'm staying away from the J-10s.

Conclusions (actually things I know that video showed again):

1. The jets cannon should be balanced (AKA nerfed) to something closer to the AH's cannons.
2. AAs stand ZERO chance against skilled pilots.
3. It really sucks to be baseraped.

Actually... I've been shot down like 5 times by AA since 1.4, cause they improved the range + strength.



They are alot better, because, if you see, I shoot at AA's that are empty just because I have a feeling someone is being sneaky... etc...

Well now, the beach AA reaches all the way out past the airfield, and flares will only work if you deploy them BEFORE they get a lock on you. If they lock on to you, they will hit you regardless..

AA is now at the point, where if you see a smoking jet, and you get a lock, he is GOING to die.



And that is a good thing IMO...

Have you not noticed the new and improved AA? If you haven't... get into a jet and just fly around.. see what happens.
