We were hacked. Several times over the past two weeks, in fact.
While all passwords are encrypted and salted, it's recommended that you change your password here when you can.
I found that a complete reinstall of windows fixed my problems.
I probably had some progs that I didn't want and were slowing down my pc, as BF2 now seems to work perfectly ( fingers crossed it stays that way!)
Ive done a fresh windows install, Ive reinstalled BF2, Ive done everything you could possibly suggest.
Now im using an Intel Core 2 Duo processor. Intel dont have dual core drivers.
My BF2 ran perfectly for ages and suddenly stopped. I honestly dont think its the CPU.
