i keep getting a.....cant find install folder for battlefield 2....i never had that with any other patch and i have done nothing 2 my battlefield 2 files.....any idea how 2 fix???

First time I played Jalalabad, I joined a squad and found that no matter what I couldn't spawn on the leader. (in a vehicle, in the open, nothing.) I tried to leave the squad but it wouldn't let me. Really weird.

still didn't fix all the wall glitches on Warlord.

I had this problem and found hitting enter a couple of times rather than clicking Done would work.

some times brown walls and brown ground and if i have it its extremely easy to see anyone (consider that one as handy :P )

i can't even get past "connecting to account center"

and it was like that for 45 minutes

Same problem here. It happened with incremental patch.

So, I uninstalled BF2, rebooted, re-installed BF2, installed the full 1.4 patch, and it still doesn't work. I think i've just about had it.

Ok, atleast im glad that the CTD problem wasn't just on my end as suggested by some trolls which caused my thread to be locked. Im glad the mods closed it because it was turning ugly. I just started my pc and started up BF2 and was about 3 mins into Jalabad when the game CTD. I have the incremental patch and im currently downloading the full 1.4. After downloading im going to:

1) Again De-Frag the HD
2) Run Anti-Spyware
3) Uninstall BF2 and re-install
4) De-frag some more just because it excites me!
5) Sacrifice a virgin and a virgin goat (just to be double sure) at the altar of DICE
6) Apply the full patch and try to run the game

Any other suggestions? :hmm:

Well i've frozen twice now when playing BF2, and only BF2. Alt Tab doesn't work, nothing works short of switching off the computer. Which messes up my internet sometimes, sometimes to the point where i have to re-install my modem otherwise i can't reconnect

1.4 problems?

I'm having a few glitches with 1.4, cant see a problem thread so here goes...

1) Single shot.

My gun seems to change from auto to single (and vice-versa) during firefights?

2) Im dead?

I've seen a few KHAN is NO-MORE after I blow up tanks etc., it's happened to me twice. I am KHAN and I assure you I survived :) why did I get a death??

3) Sniper scope f-up

Is it me or is my scope messing up more than it used to? after zooming out and zooming in it goes crazy.

Well, it's mostly been CTD city for me, I've been enjoying Jalalabad then a straight CTD. Great.

I keep getting the

"THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH YOUR CONNECTION"

message right at the end of a round, when there is only one ticket left, right before the stats screens.

Disconnect on map change. Affected half the people on the server. Was from Dalian to Wake.

i cant click the server more then twice to see the ping change. like the server list ha a bug i wish it was like 1.3s
