We were hacked. Several times over the past two weeks, in fact.
While all passwords are encrypted and salted, it's recommended that you change your password here when you can.
If they made teamwork earn a lot of points for people, you'd be seeing it more often.

Re: Do you think?
Good question, I think the ranking system....was a good and bad idea. It has given people something to work for and as we all know, is a popular feature in MMORPGs which BF2 wanted to tap into. With the ability to earn unlocks there is a reward to playing that was never in the other BF games. The downside is of course the people who play for "only" their stats and that leads to some things that piss people off, spawncamping etc.
But all the teamkilling spawncamping etc. happend in BFv just maybe not quite as much. Try playing an unranked mod, you see dolphin divers, spawnkillers, armor whores, and everything else thats in the ranked version of BF2. Granted not as much but the community for the mods has always been smaller and maybe more mature.....
I think the community for BF2 would be smaller but use more teamwork if there were no stats..
Good questions though I wonder what everyone else thinks?
I was wondering something about BF2 that made me curious as to what others thought? How do you think this game would have been different or evolved had there not been a ranking/points/unlock system in place? Would it be as popular as it is now? Would there be as much complaining? How about teamkilling.... would it be as rampant? What goals could you set for gameplay? Also how would teamwork be affected? These are interesting thoughts.... what say you all?
