Always depends on the server but alot of times there are just un controllable situations that arise and even if it's an accident people punish just because it probably makes them feel better with no sense of morale since this is an online game and they will never meet anyone from the game outside in the REAL WORLD.

I have gotten my fair share of kicks and bans due to runway blockers and people standing on the blackhawk or bailing from the blackhawk then punishing. Doesnt take much.

First, I am assuming that you actually got it now that getting punished has absolutely nothing to do with your points.

Second, what does "fair share" mean? If I got kicked once, IMO, I have gotten MORE than my "fair share" because I never TK intentionally (unless it is my friend and he made some obnxious comment to me on vent, then I kill him :)).

Does this mean you are kicked almost every round? Once every 3 games? Once every 10 games? Once a week? Once a month?

Sorry, I don't know what your definition of "fair share" is.

Fair Share reflects how many times I have been kicked via Punished Tks over the total amount of time I have played BF2. Your right and I never brought up the fact that PTK's ruin your points but they do ruin your TeamWork points and make you look bad in game and they do take away at least 1 or 2 points from your overall score.

There is only so much the good players can do to avoid being kicked from PTK's. In the end it is an uncontrollable situation fueled by a flawed system which will never be fixed. The systems biggest flaw however, are the people that use it.

The TK punish system was put in to stop people from griefing. So sure, you have the RIGHT to punish for accidental TKs, as you have the right to be a complete idiot on a message board. Doesn't mean that excersizing that right isn't going to make you look like a complete idiot.

Considering the fact that you have no problem choosing the stupid path in the latter, I wouldn't expect you to choose the intelligent one in the former.

This thread started out fine, with people just recalling some of the more F'ed up punishes that we've gotten and how many points it said we lost in the process. I rarely tk, & when I do tk I realize that I pulled the trigger, & should have use greater care NOT BLAME THE VICTIM, & I deserve it if they punish

In the extremely rare instance that I get assigned a tk, that I didn't commit, or some 1 basically killed themselves on my vehicle, & they punish it is just funny, because it will never happen enough to effect my score, or get me kicked

Look me up I tk 1 in 25-30 kills, & fly, & command often

You guys complain about ppl punishing for you tk'n them, & it being therir fault, & when you describe the circumstances in greater detail it emerges that you 99% of the time you are indeed @ fault, or were being careless

I am sorry you don't like it. All I said was the TRUTH that you don't lose points when you get punished and that the system works pretty well because NOONE, despite my many inquiries, has ever admitted to getting kicked often because of accidental TKs.
