Folks, it really is a moot point. Unless the ranked server you are playing on violates the terms of service with a gameplay rule or with admin abuse, your only recourse it to say sorry, stop what you were doing and try another tactic. If that is too much, then suffer until the end of the round and then bail out of the server and find another one more to your liking.

As far as balance issues on this map or that map, well, those have always been there. The issue of balance and fairness is a silly one to complain about. Any team can win any map IF teamwork is used. Instead of always running straight up the middle, flank. Send a decoy squad with armor in the front door and use foot soldiers to come around through the back. The maps with thier equipment and bases were placed there to encourage a specific style of gameplay. The balanced maps are for good old fashioned head to head shoot outs. The unbalanced maps are there to challenge the disadvantaged team to work together and overcome their built in defecit to win.

Again, unless the ranked servers are in violation of their terms of service contracts or the ROE, you are compelled to abide by their rules or find another server.

if its there last flag then its a 100% no, if they have 1 or 2 bases then yea nuke um.

that is the exact reason not to have rules like this.... I mean, what if I click on arty, and in the process the other team caps a flag, they get the flag, arty drops on your main, killing you and all your clan buddies waiting for the chopper / plane / whatever vehicle it is you covet. Do I get kicked/banned for that?

I think you'd have a better time getting out of your uncap/spawn and partaking in actual gameplay instead of sitting there whining every time a bomb / arty / etc.. falls into that radius.

Most server rules state that you cannot drop arty on the uncap so its best not to do it on any server just to be safe eh! its just common sense....

Dropping arty on the uncap does not really help your team. You're just attempting to weaken enemy vehicles and tick off a few tickets. Meanwhile, their snipers and infantry are free to cap more flags.

Whenever I see an enemy commander arty the uncap and drop vehicles on armor, I think "they like to play dirty". Kinda like jack rabbit hopping.. LAME! It takes something away from the game.

Ok, so if I arty the Beach House on Sharqi, take out the HAVOC and the 4-6 guys fighting over it I'm not doing my team a favor? By keeping the havoc out of the air I think - this may be a stretch - that my infantry troops will actually live longer by not having exploding rounds tossed up their behinds. Also, our Cobra is then free to TV their Tank & APC before he has to worry about the Havoc respawning. But yeah, arty on uncaps is a waste......

Also, please refrain from using the words "snipers" and "cap more flags" in the same sentence. I don't think I've ever seen a true sniper worrying about how many flags they cap.

Nope im compelled to play the way i like only thing i wont do is stat pad, exploit, teamkill for vehicals or use cheats. Other than that everything goes if they kick me fair enough there are a couple thousand more servers out there and its there lost as i do consider myself to be a very good teamplayer and a plus to anyones side.
