I also hate arty on uncap people don't know that commanders don't get points for placing UAV, Artillery, Supply's, Vehicle Drops etc. your commander score is the average of the team.. So you must help your team to let them get the points..

Arty = kills , even if they don't count in your score, they decrease the tickets regardless, so you're helping the round end faster. It's not like they'll be going anywhere so you might as well end it as fast as possible, it's better for them too.

I was helping my team, my team weren't even near the uncap, I had asked most of them to defend the flags, therefore they weren't at the uncap. Look im used to that though, every server I've played in its, if you have all flags uncap raping is aloud with arty or with vehicles.

As Indian Scout posted they have no rule that I could see on their server, go check yourself it says nothing about uncaps at all. It's probly because I killed the admin with Arty, so he kicks up dirt and kicks me, if he was on my team it would be a different story.

And Komet, I know I don't get points for that and its based on my teams score, but I was helping my team, and im not a point whore.

if its there last flag then its a 100% no, if they have 1 or 2 bases then yea nuke um.

Thats dumb, on all the servers that I have in my favorites I play on them and its a rule thats imposed, no base raping on the UNCAP until everyflag is taken, otherwise your not allowed or you get kicked. Makes sense to me, oh wow someone hits the uncap lets all cry. Come on with this, I've been on 100's of servers as the USMC, on Dalian you have the same person raping the carrier with the J10 ''sux0r_king'' switches back to PLA and does it over and over, then you have them artying the hell out of the carrier, so what take a boat and cap a flag, thats what I would do, and have done otherwise disconnect.

Its a game, I'd like to have stats for how many times I've been killed by arty and how many times I've been teamkilled then you can see. I've been teamkilled no doubt 1000 times same for arty, but of course if your team gets arty on their uncap, then its a huge cry incase they damage their precious stats.

in a lot of ways i agree, but its not fair if your US on the carrier and you cant get off the carrier its takin the pee, our server if the us have no other bases then the j10's arty everything is disallowed to go anywhere near the carrier, so on and so forth

Uncappable Base Rape (UCBR)

In TKF servers we run a NO Uncappable Base Rape rule. This means that we request that players from the opposing team do not come to the Uncappable base and use Vehicles, Planes, Helicopters or Artillery to kill those persons spawning there.


it is there, just deeper in the rules.. unless they updated the rules after you had issues with them. I found it pretty quick using the link you posted.

I personally totally disagree with rules that state no artillary on uncappable base i think its just wrong and any clan that enforces it needs to grow up. The maps werent made with rules like that in mind. Look at sharaqi penninsular the MEC has 3 uncappable bases the USMC has none how fair is it that the USMC can be down to there last flag and get the crap artillaried out of them but when the USMC does well and holds back the MEC the US commander cant artillary them. Its not only that artillary isnt there just to kill large groups of infantry it should be used in the best way for your team. For example on sharaqi penninsular if im commanding the usmc team and the havoc is totally raping the crap out of my team and we cant do a dam thing in reply because were constantly getting spawn raped. First thing im going to do is watch what the havoc is doing and as soon as i think its going back for a reload or repair ill have an artillary strike sent there so the buggers destroyed and we get a break and a chance to regroup. I do the same thing with the j-10 if usmc is getting raped stupid on the carrier ill keep watching the j-10 and the first chance i get ill send a well timed artillary strike to the airfield to try and take out the j-10 just so my team can have a chance .

bigrsmith, makes sense if they enter this on their server rules, otherwise players do not know what other rules their are.

How is it fair on sharaqi penninsular that the MEC has THREE save havens from artillery and the USMC has none its not very balanced is it ?.
