i play on 24/7 karkand superserver for when i play karkand (which is british)

and scottish elite multiplay for when i play wake, plus -=KOF=- is american so language doesnt affect me really although if i do end up in a german server, i someone is annoying me i tell them 'du bist das doof uber noob!!

never been banned for language being in a diff country however, most likely little ****y admins, who think they are 'big boys' coz they got bf2cc little sissies

Yup, the finns are the worst ones! I got called 'hurri' all the time when I played on a finnish server. I was told that it's an insult of swedish people

Yeah, there was some kid on the server i played on and eventually i asked him and he siad he was from finland. We have all heard that "crazy 10yr old" video, but this kid was worse. He joined my squad and kept saying in broken english "you suck a baby c*ck"and then i kicked him rom the squad, then he joined, this went on till i just locked the squad. The he started typing it "Yu syck a bybe cak" or something. Which i think was him spelling what he was saying. He must have been around 10. I unlocked squad, he joined and would say " hah hah ha you suck a baby c*ck", i just blocked his voice and left him in the squad so the others had to deal with him, rofl.

I think admins can ban for any reason they want really. I was banned from a clan server for makin their clan look like morons.

the server admins should be able to do all the heck they want because at the end of they day is their cash.

i know, i didnt make the game. but what the ROE is doing is making players get away with stuff because when they go to the server they thing that ROE gives them more rights than the servers admins. they just go, do this or ill report you. il tell them, look i am paying for this server if you dont like the rules. leave and choose another server there are more tham 1000 servers to choose from.

you think a hosting company is going to shut down your server because of ROE. is money what you are talking about in here. you could just to another hosting. and stats, i dont care i hardly play because when i go home i am so tired from work that i dont even want to turn on my pc. i play during the weekends or when i am off.

Technically, if the server is ranked, then you can not kick/ban someone for any reason outside of the ROE. Ranked servers can not create rules that contradict the ROE. If a server repeatedly does this, then they should be reported and their ranked status revoked.

Please remember, IF you play on a ranked server OR if you run a ranked server, you have consented to operate by EA/DICE's user agreement. This is why you can lose your stats or lose your ranked server status if you violate the agreement. Buying the game or paying for the server does NOT grant you any "rights" outside of the user agreement. Server owners pay for the license to run a ranked server. A player agrees to the user agreement in order to enjoy the benefit of the stats/ranks/unlocks/awards. If you don't play by the rules, you lose that privilage.

If you don't like it, then play single player or enjoy unranked servers. Simple as that.

WTF? Thats not the point, thats still termed as racism. You don't speak Japanese get out of the server. I went in and it was all going fine it was on Sharqi, so I said cap the hotel since I was Commander and no one was there. I was then kicked with ''Japanese only''.

Screw that though, why limit who can be in your server due to race, language, creed etc?

hmmm.. I was banned for not beeing nordic (sweden/norway/finland), once.

It's because they want to make sure the ping is always low...
