Why are folks clueless on Wake?

Beginning of the round, you hop in a Blackhawk. The pilot flies straight at the island at 100m. What happens? BOOM! J10 gets 6 kills. When they DO make it they go for the North or South Villages, the most heavily defended bases.

When I get the BH at the beginning I go WAY out and around at VERY low altitude and go for the middle bases, the Beach or North Village which are rarely defended. 99% of the time I make it in the BH and get the base as the J10s are busy raping the carrier.

Why do so few folks get this?

North village is the most heavily defended base after 2 or 3 min (everyone from airfeild tked or heads there) cuz they can hit the arty island spawns with their mgs, 99% of the time South base has only a few people and they are always heading the tip of the island. If i fly the BH i go to 400 then fly over LAND (so people can get out if we get low health and chute to a base) to the south base. If im spec ops ill blow the bridge, tank stuck till we cap at least, or ill tell someone else to do it, and then we arent stuck if someone blows a certain bridge (north village to north base). If the people are somewhat intelligent we can cap beach fast and then can usually win by cappin airfield or keeping their jets down from Beach

I tell ya it's getting to the point where I will not get in a BH unless I am driving. Folks playing Wake are just clueless.

myself when i pilot the bh i go south west, fly very low OR very high.

the main problem i see is are impatient. they want to get to the island NOW.

if more bh pilots went really high we wont have that problem but going high in the sky takes a while...unless you light one up yourself that is =P

The first thing I do is go straight to an aircraft. Jet, chopper, I dont give a damn. If it flys I'm in it. Cant stand being on the ground on this map, your always against snipers or AT guys.

Well:

-Mostly, i get the attack helicopter, when i do get it i try and take down the tank thats always near north village then land my heli in the back part of north base, capping it. However, the retards on my team wont spawn and defend the flag, so we lose it. I sometimes do the same thing but take South base instead. I usually have to scream "I GOT SOUTH BASE SPAWN ON IT!!!" to get atleast 2 teamates to spawn there.

-Another thing I do is take off in the jet and parachute near airfield, then have my whole squad spawn on me.

Oh and btw a blackhawk on wake is a deathtrap.

the clueless ones are the guys that go to the north village at 10 meters then get killed by the tanks main gun because they dont move around at all
