Re: P90 or F2000
i already have a bushmaster dissipator and a vepr II (plus the pistol)Originally posted by UrbanMarineSay you have the cash for those weapons. What if some of the parts break? You can't get parts easier then some weapons and rare parts tend to come with a markup on them. I got around $3000+ in my H&K 91A2 and thats just the gun, some parts and mags. If you want to look at ammo cost, the P90s ammo costs way too much and you can't buy it's original designed rounds. Why? The P90 rounds were originally designed to be armor piercing only. But the civilian market got FN to build/make semi-auto and ball ammo.
For what your willing to spend check out these weapons.

There are so many good weapons companies out there, but its just a matter of what you're will to pay. The most I've spent on a gun is $4500(Custom Remington LTR w/optics, bipod, custom stock. trigger work, paintjob, custom case and some different parts).
If I had to choose the P90 would be my pick. The barrel length sucks, but thats the law unless you get a SBR tax stamp. The gun has a nice feel and the top loading mags are up to par. The ammo cost sucks, but it's a blast to shoot!

Well I'd go with P90 because it's:
More compact
More rounds (I think)
Probably cheaper, haven't done research on the prices though
Just cooler looking
Post a movie of you shooting empty Axe cans or whatever :p lol I do that with my pellet gun.Leave a comment:

Come on guys. You are playing an online first person shooter.
You should be the last ones to question someone else's hobbies - be it shooting real guns, or paintball, football, drinking, speeding... you keep going
Just as an example: When I told my aunt's father (WW2 vet.) that I was playing an online shooter in which we play war and shoot each-other he looked at me with a very troubled expression on his face... Just for the fact that I was playing a war game. And you can understand that in this situation there is no way of explaining the difference to him...
I know there is nothing wrong with playing an online shooter, and in no way am I ever under the impression of being in war, or "shooting" someone as for me it is more a "pixel hunt", and friendly competition. but for him it was not understandable that someone could have such a hobby.
He wouldn't even touch a hunting rifle for deer season after the things he experienced back in the days.Leave a comment:

Re: P90 or F2000
it's not a false analagy at all. video gaming is a hobby, so is shooting.Originally posted by face-smasherYou're answering with a question that really doesn't fit. He is asking why do you need a REAL WEAPON. BF2 is a game, a toy. A REAL WEAPON is not a toy!!!
when did i say weapons are toys?
THe analagy is that I don't NEED it (although I might one day), but that it is simply for hobby'in and fun'in.
um. guns ARE investments.Originally posted by RpTheHotrodI'd say neither...use your money for something you could really use...like investments.Leave a comment:
