The support/Medic bag nerf..let the whining begin.

Agree, they should balance out medic and assault, all classes should be more or less even, , but medic gets the same guns, or in some cases, BETTER guns, and usually more useful frags, and self heal ability, and point getting abilities of revive and heal.
Did you actually play medic or assault in the last couple of months? A good assault player can overcome an equally skilled medic everyday because of the combination of the rilfes with the GL or because of the G3 which is just so powerfull.
Remember:
Body armor => no body armor
G3 is way more powerfull than the G36E
M16 in combination with the GL far better than just the M16 same goes for the AK
And the assault can heal himself by taking the medipack out of the medics cold death hands ;-)
There is nothing wrong with the medic. 2 points for a revive might be a little to much I think everybody could live with one but that is about it.

XD
I see the real reason you don't want medic to be nerfed from you sig.
Re: The support/Medic bag nerf..let the whining begin.
I don't want anything to be nerfed anymore whe had enough nerfs in this game already. I love playing medic and assault and both have been nerfed in the past (GL and paddles). Like I just said reduce the points for reviving to just one that would be okay.

First of all. 9 out of 10 times i get revived, I dont want to be. There is a reason(s) I got killed in the first place.
1.) Way too many enemies attacking, with very little friendlies in the area to help. Reviving me isnt going to do anything for the team, in the big picture. In fact it hurts the team. Why? Im gonna get killed 9 out of 10 times, within 1.5 seconds, again. Now i have to sit in the respawn screen for another 15-30 seconds. COmbined with the already 6-10 seconds from the first time I died. That could be close to a minute that Im out of commision to help the team.
2)Wrong Weapon, Wrong Time. Ok, i got killed. Chances are it was from armor and I had a G3. I now know armor is close to a certain point, and now, being a team player, i must spawn AT, to take it out. Reviving me, so i can die again by the tank or the 20 other enemies there......is kinda thoughtless.
Oh wait.....unless your the medic and want the free point. I forget that sometimes. Mute points i guess.......anyways back on target:
1.) Make medics/support be able to throw all the bags they want. However only allow the points to come into play, when they help a fellow squad member. Again. This forces squad play. And overall would help teamwork. You can argue that currently they are the biggest teamworking folks out there....i mean really, you can argue that. But I dont think thats true, in the bigger, overall picture. I can prove this by showing you tons of medics, who get 100's points per round........ yet lose more rounds then winning.
2.)Make engies/support/medics NOT be able to fix/ammo up/ or heal anything or anyone by simply driving by, or sitting in a vehical. Thats just really stupid.
Worst case of this......2 tanks sitting next to each other, and each one is an engie. I mean........hello. A full squad of AT guys would have a very very HARD time eliminating this threat. And all the while the tanks are in full view, out in the open. I really just dont see what someone was thinking, when they made this game, to say.......heck....if your a medic, and in a humvee you can drive by 20 people who need health, and get 20 points. SOunds pretty stupid to me. Creating a risk, helps out teamwork. If I know i gotta actually GET OUT of a vehical to help someone...... im gonna make sure we back out of a hostile area, to do so. This helps the other team regroup, or keep charging. Which again, helps out both teams......because perhaps if you had to get out of the tank to help your buddy, the armor might be alittle less likely to be that......run in and gun type weapon. More thought might go into the way iin which folks attack with it.
FEAR, is what puts everything in the world, in check. And gaming is no different. If I fear im gonna lose my tank, by driving into an area by myself...then perhaps im gonna wait up for another tank, or apc, and a few squad members. No?
No, you cant. But if you could...........you'd die trying, many many times. Enough times to make you stop doing it.
Im willing to bet that MORE times then not, after you revive me.....i get killed again, within 2 seconds, and usually by the same guy that did it in the first place.
Perhaps if you had to drag me to safety, and realized the same danger for a certain amount of time.....you wouldnt do it. And that would be a-ok with me.
Its not our fault you suck and don't know what to do when revived.
Oh great.. Ok.... because I get revived in front of 2 tanks, 2 helos, and 32 enemy soldiers
Not only are you exagerateing, but your saying there 36 people on the other team, with a more likely 37 people, and there all after you. Your one of these peolpe who have indigestion and think your having a heart attack.
Re: The support/Medic bag nerf..let the whining begin.
I think limiting the ammount you can have on the floor is a great idea, it'll stop people just throwing them ever 2cm on a map to get loads of heal points :)

First I dont suck. I can hold my own against ANYONE in the game currently. Unless of course they have diving macros, and other jump and lump type stuff going on, you know the lamers of the game.
Secondly. Its not my fault your a doushbag of a medic, thats so thick, to think only of your points, and not your team.
Yes im exagerating.................. for effect. But you understood.
sorry your response blows about as hard as, im sure you do.
Re: The support/Medic bag nerf..let the whining begin.
i have no problem with the nerfing of the medpacks......they should also be able to be thrown...like onto small roofs, over walls, and ledges etc...
i never throw med packs unless there are people who need them....if its only one person, ide rather hold it out so i dont comprimise my cover.......
im looking foward to not being able to maneuver my BF2 soldier character thing because some ****wit asstart wants to be a fagg and dolphin dive like a ****in mook.....

Ok so we all have heard about the Medic/Support bag nerf coming supposedly.
Word is the classes will only be allowed to have 2 bags on the ground at a time..and the recharge to throw any more is going to be really long.
So basically what it means is no more bag spamming and bags will have to be thrown when really needed.
(also from what I hear, prone is getting a big nerf..no more insat proning..basically if you are going prone it wont be a jump down and revive/shoot thing..it will have to be a longer process)
I knwo the support guys wont care "to much" but I just wanted to open this thread so the Medic fan boys had a place to whine and explain how it sucks since no one will gets heals anymore cause they will need there packs for there own insta heals.
I really hope thats true. Personally I like playing medic, not because of the "so called" easy points, but because I like the idea of keeping your team alive and well. A similar idea has already been implenmented in some of the mods like "TacMod"

First of all, im not a douschbag of a medic because I no longer play medic, my perfer class is sniper, i played medic long enough to get my 100 hours and expert.
Secondly, if I wanted points id do it in a jet or tank.
Third of all, you might be able to take on ANYONE but you sure the hell can't get back up after you been revived cause you can't think quick enough. Now that your done calling me a medic whore, go find yourself a noob server and learn how to run after you have been revived.
