Clan member defiance

Ok im the Leader of my clan and im getting to my last point of bieng annoyed with a member, this member owns our clan server so he uses as black mail but personally i aint botherd he can go take his server else where.

What do you guys think i should do as a leader?

it depends, how does he blackmail u?? id just say no to whatever he tells u to do, and if he takes away ur server, kick him

Why would you hyave someone in your clan that you even have to post a thread like this about? Get rid of them if you don't like them. Servers, especially unranked ones, are not tooooo expensive.

If hes really being an ******* and he really deserves it, before you kick him out of the clan, turn his server into K/P so it gets shut down. Then boot him for being a jack whole...

Kick him. If you have a good clan you'll bounce back and it sounds like this guy is just dragging you down.

You should say what it is that he's doing so we can judge for ourselves if he is the problem, or possibly you are.

do you have any form of communication for your members? If you have vent or teamspeak by all means have a conversation with other members and see how they feel. Coming here and asking people for advice who don't know your clan or your situation is inviting trouble. Best bet is to settle it with the individual in question. If they are not willing to work towards a solution, then its time for them to leave before they bring other members down with their childish behavior.

ok first off today, we wer in the chopper and i said go land and get someone else because im eating, but he dint listen and we got killed, after this he started typing abuse along the lines of, dont ever F**king fly with me again, i can F**king do better on my own. so ok i can bounce from that i basicly said shut up u mouthy Tw*T,

ok end of that, but then i went in the chopper when i'd done eating and he teamkilled me so he could fly then got really cockey about the fact he dint care, because he thinks he's a god or summat.

and he is admin of his server, we made rules and he breaks all of them, he's a poor admin im the only 1 who enforces the rules, and i cant kick him for breaking them because he is admin over the entire server.

And its not the first time ive been complained to about Him for unfair rule breaking, kicking and banning on the server.

So make your own minds up but im getting tired of him thinking he owns the clan because he has the server.

Throw him out, and just go get a new server. Hold a little donation drive with your members if you don't have enough money by yourself.

When (in my opinion) you join a clan, you are all supposed to make joint decisions regarding all aspects of the clan and running of servers etc.
You say you are clan leader, well contact all clan members and find out how they feel about the individual and how best to deal with the situation.
An important point to remember if nothing else is this:-
Some servers get very bad reputations because of this type of immature admin behaviour, and this type of reputation will be very detrimental to your clan's future!

Sometimes peace can only be bought about by WAR!

When (in my opinion) you join a clan, you are all supposed to make joint decisions regarding all aspects of the clan and running of servers etc.
You say you are clan leader, well contact all clan members and find out how they feel about the individual and how best to deal with the situation.

I agree with this, you should run your group with Democracy, this way all members feel important and part of the growing of your clan, but also you are the leader and the final word is you, be the leader that you are..lead
