Why even take a private clan matter to the public?

It makes me wonder about your team overall. If you are truely the leader, wtf are you posting this crap for?

You should be talking with your team leaders about this player. Not the public.

I have seen team founders kicked for being As$hats. If they give a bad rep to the team and dont give a damn, then the rest of the team needs to do something about it.

But this all should be done privately with the team, not on a public forum.

Its good to have a clan with the leader of age of 25, and most council members above 20... Immaturity in ranks can be forgiven, immaturity in leadership cant. Thats my comment to this thread.

Kick him from the clan is my opinion if your members leave then rebuild the clan like i have done around 5 times. Clans can surrvive without a server we have done, but its nice to have your own admin and have control over people if they camp a spwan or uses glitches you dont have to find an admin to tell them. Kick him, if people leave rebuild and try and buy a new server if you can. Although people think that ranked servers are cheap just think about people who have no jobs and cant donate due to age also then you will see they are expensive.

I agree with this^^ But some people are mature like me! im only 16. Ive been told by many older people that im a great clan leader btw these people were not in my clan they were from others incase ur wondering.

Sounds to me you need to carefully select who you give membership to if your members dont respect you then they are not worthy of being in your clan, then again you also need to make sure you respect your members and recruits at the same time.

I have learned that if you have the right people in your clan then you have good grounds to build a better clan. Due to immature senior members of what was 1PARA, 1PARA fell apart with in two days. We changed our name and rebuilt from 6 players, we are now on the verge of getting 2 other sections set up with servers to follow. The splinter clan is still bicarring between themselves like little children.

Advice to you if you are a Clan leader you should really be in control/own or have a trust worthy 2IC.

If a clan member disrupts the chemistry of the clan, he should be warned, if he continues to be an ass he shold be kicked.
It isn´t stupid to kick a member...playing in clans shoulb be fun, so you should like the people that you lay with.

Like Cigar_Man said it should have stayed a private matter, bringing this public you will sort of have small attacks, but constructive.

All post are good ones, but remember you are the one in charge, the final decision is yours and yours only, you have to carry the ball.

All leaders, here of their clans here have their way of how things are done, and it works for them. What you have to do is find your style and take it from there, also most of us here I'm sure if you PM any one of us would glady help in matters of concern for you..

Ok im the Leader of my clan and im getting to my last point of bieng annoyed with a member, this member owns our clan server so he uses as black mail but personally i aint botherd he can go take his server else where.

Well this is a matter better handled by your leadership than airing it here...best advice I can give you is you should have a clan charter (code of conduct).
First issue for a clan: getting guys that all respect and enjoy each others company...this is hard people do spazz from time to time but the leadership needs to keep a grasp on it...if the only reason this guy is in your clan is because he provides your server your not being fair to him nor is he being fair to you....sounds like a case of mutual using of each other....

I think you should start thinking in a new server, and kick him out of your clan.
What is your clan name and server?
