Click on the arty in full-zoomed in view. This will centre the view exactly on it so it will be aligned properly. Then it should work fine!

Another fix I just thought of (and a very realistic fix) would be to have wind effects. A random shift of 5 to 10 meters in any direction while it's dropping (not just inaccuracy but actual horizontal movement as it drops). This would eliminate the value of it as a weapon while still retaining the possibility of getting a kill, damage or TK from a drop. Also, they've either got to make utility targets indestructable to all but C4 or vulnerable in varying degrees to everything.

Yea, they already did that with supply crates, but not vehicle drops i guess...

Then the commanders would avoid dropping them down to their troops, as in the ORIGINAL purpose. The 5metre shift could crush 5 people 1 side, or blow a tank on the other. That essentially was the point of the precision dropping.

They are pretty much indestructable to anything other than Cartillery and C4. Maybe if the car drop did not apply damage/blow up until fully rested on the ground (e.g. roll off the artillery with no immediate health loss)

Yea, that would be bad if the wiind deviatted it to kill your own guys. Anyways, uh, th eonly other thing arty can be destroyed by is a couple of bombs, you must get all 5 to hit i think to destroy.

#1. It's not a hack. Anytime some noob utters the word "hack" it's not. It's easier to call others cheaters to comfort yourself, no?

#2. USMC transports are small and can't destroy artillery, but mec/pla can do it easily because the transports are very large.

#3. He's reloading much faster than you are because as soon as the vodnik detonates on your artillery, his timer starts. As for you, since your jeep didn't blow up the artillery, you have to wait for the jeep to blow up by itself before your timer starts.

#4. Supply crates don't have deviation. They just always drop north of your target, but the distance is fixed. I can land the supply crate in the same place time after time. Once you've learned to account for elevation differences, you can squash snipers with supply crates like a champ.

Humvees can destroy arty, it's just very hard, usually it take like 5 humvees, but it only takes 1 good humvee drop to kill arty. Anyways, it's not that the PLA and MEC transports are that much bigger, it's that the US cannons have thick barrels.

It takes two C4's placed directly on the arty to destroy it.. last I remember??

I'm talking about bombs dropped from airplanes.

Hmm-- I didn't errors like that could really happen... who knew... but still, what are the chances of it?

Well, if you are dropping on a US cannon, it's really easy to destroy it.
