I think vehicle drops make the larger maps more playable. Nothing like jogging out in the wetlands for 3 minutes to get to a pick up area. It also is great for dropping on snipers.

What hurts the game is people not having fun. When your playing on a 64 person server where there is teamwork, a good commander, the action is full time, and your not thinking about rank, scores, accuracy etc, just staying alive long enough to get run over by some idiot backing up without looking in a jeep.

I think the game is great I wont stop playing for a while. EA/Dice need to fix bugs thats it and fix the j10. That thing annoys the hell out of me. Other then that I think this game is fun and balenced for this kind of game.

Seems you've observed pretty well and taken as much information and layed it out very intelligently. Good job Revolution. I've seen you post just about everywhere as well, and I'm sure you understand everybody has their own opinoins. So when you see someone trying to make a change in the gameplay it's basically saying, they don't care about the rest of the game, I just want something to be this way. Which is their opinion, but it's one sided. I hope this community will try their best (even myself I'm sure) at trying to prevent this.

I have pretty much enjoyed all dice has done for the game as far as trying to balance the game as the players evolve with it. When one little strategy that is unbalanced gets recognized the whole community picks it up and uses it. So they change it. It's great. Makes sure they are trying to make a better and more fun environment for us to play in. Although I hate the latest change with the squads. I mean I'll admit I have squad hopped. I don't believe I've ever abused it (using it all the time) but it was a little loophole in the game which allowed for a good squad to use more teamwork. Send this guy in, if he gets shot someone can leave and come back, etc. You all get the point. But Whether or not you actually squad hopped, whether or not you think it should be taken away, you have to agree with the fact that how they changed it ruined the game. Everytime I freakin try to join a squad to spawn on and help him out, I realize I have to SPAWN FIRST then try to find a squad. By the time you can help them out they're dead, or you just lost your chance to contribute you help them. I wouldn't mind if squad hopping wasn't allowed. It's not that big of a deal. But they way they 'fixed' it has frustrated the heck out of me. I've been beginning to not even deal with squads anymore. And if I am, I just become a SL myself just so I don't get kicked to the other side. Other than that, I'm a lone wolf. Thanks for ruining squads Dice.

The single greatest thing about this game is the balance. Everyone can agree with that. Of course it sucks when you get killed but you have to realize you might have bad luck (which I seem to have an endless supply of) rather than an unbalance. The ONLY thing I know that's unbalanced is jets and choppers. I think it's great to have them in the game. I think it's great how it adds to the realism of a battlefield. They're fun to fly. But My arguement always was, if you get just a single ONE or maybe even two pilots that are great, it's basically ruined the game for all others. They either take over the game for their team, or just ruin the game for the other team. Honestly, one great tank driver won't ruin the game. It's easy enough to blow them up. One great FAV driver won't ruin the game. One great sniper wont ruin the game.

I don't think jets should be harder to fly nor the AA should be better (although I wouldn't mind lol) but I do think it's not a bad idea to have those things optional for the server admins. It makes everyone happy. You find a server where those aren't there, not people stop complaining about how jets ruined the game for ground pounders. You find a server where it allows them, then play there so you can get owned by jets. lol but seriously then you can fly them their. It's really a simple fix which people don't seem to want to do.

btw the booster packs aren't just some way to make money. You say it as if they could careless about making a better game or providing more maps/gaming variety and would rather just throwing crap out to make money. You have to realize people like more maps. People like more variety. If you continued to make maps and sold in booster packs. I think people would by them. I have. Because I want more maps. I want something new. If not, I would get a little bored of playing the same old maps and want to go to a different game. I think it would be smarter if they had combined the booster packs into one pack and sold it for the same price (or maybe just $15) that way people would see it as more of a deal. The way people see it now (my opinion) is that they see 3 maps and don't think it's worth it to separate from the rest of the battleifeld world (vanilla maps) and play only three. If it was 6 maps for one booster which just added to vanilla, not an expansion like SF (expansions never seem to do well, even if it's a BETTER game, explain that one) I think more people would be getting the booster packs which provides more variety!

PS revo why is it that I always see you posting everywhere? Did you just inherit a truckload of cash so you spend all day gaming and being involved in the forums? You job have alot of free time?

i know it seems like its the j10, but really its the flares and aa missiles that are the problem. what i eman by that, is handling attributes are fine, the problem is that the code is just not working right.
