Sorry if sometihng like htis has already been posted but im new round here...

can someone tell me how to do affective bombing with jets... ive tried and tried but end up flyinginto the ground or a building or something. mabye its just my jet newbie knoledge getting the better of me .

any help will be much appreciated.

You need to go up vertically really high then come down on a steep angle pull up and drop them as you do it. Other than that its just practise after a while u just know when to hit the bomb release button. :)

Not that im a good pilot but i have practised bombing before and it does kinda come to you after a while.

1) Practice
2) Practice
3) Practice

'Tis the only way to get good. You may suck at first and get amazing scores of 1-12, but in the ends its worth it. Beleive me!

Some days I hit most targets and then I will totaly suck and not get anything on other days. If you get a few high ping players in the game it seems to stuff me up with lag in different stages of play. Bombs then either fall short or go wide or miss by miles.
Still damn good fun though. and the scenery is great.

In order to practice, make sure to have a "REAR CHASE" key and a "COCKPIT" view. So when you bomb the target, you watch behind, and see where the bombs drop so you can make mental notes on better drops. It really takes just a little practice on local server. You just have to put your will to it, to improve :P

Create your own lan game and practice blowing up the enemy vehicles. :)

just practice... you can ofcourse use a tactic , fly realy high go straight down bomb pull up works the best when your still a beginner :)

ok cool, i see guys doing some amazing fly too, they can follow people now matter how you manuver... any hints on that?

Look at your "Chase" view, do a lot of turns, up/down, left/right, etc.

For bombing I would create a LAN game and practice bombing stuff, then move on to single player.

Practice is key.

Each plane has a different spot on its reticle for the proper location to place the target before dropping.

Some require the target to be dead centered between the middle "circle", and the bottom of the "anchor", right in the center of the vertical line.

Others are at the bottom, on the "anchor", another at the top, on the "circle".

i think that you should release the bombs before you pull up or else the bombs wont drop straight.

Nope, from my experience the position, the lenght from aiming reticle is the same.

For me for the USMC jets I usually just holding "W" no aferburners I let it go around 200Meters from the flag

for the MEC jets I usually let it go about 150?

I went into SP and publics and just tested now its natural to me I dont even look at the M I just know when now
