Bad spelling... :) and people who start protests, petitions and the likes over a game...

You wouldnt believe, but I actually tried to figure out where was I mistaken when I was about to post that post. It didnt feel right, but I didnt know why either. Then I just thought "ah, **** it" and posted it up.

And yah, English is my 3rd language, so somewhat I can be excused :P

I've got 3 annoying little factors that spoil gameplay that I can think of right now:

People who think they are better than me because they have more points than me (As I've only just started and have low points), as although I'm new to BF2, I'm not new to wargames/fpses..

Teamkillers who TK for vechicles/ground-control/no reason.

Base-rapers and commander hunters (When I'm in command hiding at the main base, people usually come, and attack and snipe me etc... Though I usually tell people on my side to leave fighting the enemy commander to me (Cartillery ftw ) )

I can barely speak (or write!) English without a heavy regional accent, so you've one up on me.. I did try French at school but all the masculine and feminine stuff confused me..

-Fixing my tank and some idiot on my team just takes it.

-People who use macros for tv guiding.

-Commanders who don't spot like crazy.

-People who go in armor and suck.

-c4 jeeps, only when the commander doesn't spot. There is nothing worse than being jihaded and not knowing that it's coming. So... COMMANDERS SPOT ALL THE TIME, I DON'T CARE HOW ANNOYED SOMEONE IS BY IT, JUST DO IT.

-Medics who don't med/Support who supply

-(before 1.3) People who didn't know how to squad hop. It would ruin an entire attack because people are just too stupid. These are the kind of people that I would like to throw off a cliff.

-People who suck and die more than they kill. These are the people who are freaking horrible. They should go play tetris or something.

Did that in college. Man, this is a very overrated language that guys around here learn to get more *****. Girls like french, but why?! Its one of the most disgusting sounding languages I ever had the misfortune to study (no offense French people). The popularity of this language just amazes me. But it is one of the easiest languages to learn, at least I didnt have much trouble pronouncing the words.

English is my favourite language, from all the languages I have successfully/unsuccessfully studied. But lets face it, absolutely NO language comes close to Russian when you want to swear and be intimidating.


I feel I need to clarify on what I mean by incompetence (did I get it right?! :laugh: ).

Im all fired up, for some helo gunning. Im an OK gunner with a 50% chance of hitting armor and 10-30% on helos. And Im very, very good with the machine gun. When I get a pilot who doesnt know jack about how to pilot the chopper effectively, I get ****ed.

Then theres fighter pilots who prefer raping the uncap, rather than supressing enemy air force. And I, in the chopper have to sit and watch how my pilot rams a tree in horror of the lock on tone. Or when they think circlink in an open area breaks the lock.

Then theres Rambo squadleaders.

And I can continue the list.

If youre taking over your teams asset and you are only wasting it, youre hurting your team, and my gameplay. And that ****es me off.

Tolerance is also a key element in the game. Not everyone is as good as the experienced players. You were a n00b one day, try not to forget it.

There are two different defintions of a noob.

1) If you're new to a game. Applies to everyone. Since it applies to everyone, it is irrelevant and shouldn't even be brought up.

2) If you've been playing a game for a few months and still suck. <-- the one that actually matters. I think you hit this mark at like 50 hrs of play, I won't allow that to go any higher. Some people are just better, some aren't as good. Natural selection if you will.

French properly spoken is beautiful. You might be thinking of Quebecois French. They are quite different in the way they sound.

Ever seen that scene In Matrix Reloaded where the Merovingian is talking about all the languages he knows.

He starts swearing in French and it's absolutely brilliant.

I hate when people TK for vehicles and aircraft. Also that jump in transports that I'm mowing the enemy down with and take off to get get a tank for themselves!!

Thats the only thing that annoys me really.... not the punish but the way its used... id say 80% of players think that anyone who tk's them deserves to be punished as they have no balls and just like real life still refuse to take responsability for their noobish antics... </rant>

too true. accidents do happen as hard as it is to believe. however tk for vehicles winds me up especially if your in a jets and someone stands infront of it then punishes you. Also base raping on the aircraft carrier hacks me off.

Forget that. Never let your enemy get off the ground. Why would they just "let" you up? Answer that one with a straight face.

YUCK! Thats exactly what Im talking about.

A male schlong will still disgust you, no matter how beatiful it may be, you dont want it into your mouth. The same with French, no matter how well spoken, I dont like it. :laugh:

Almanac- I see your point, but unless that n00bishness readlly doesnt affect you, I dont see how you can be irritated by that?
