yeah sarqi is the best example of this. you dont even have to hit a troop to kill him in 1. the us one only kills with direct hits. i say nerf them both!

The cannon is weaker, but the cobra is much more agile and maneuverable, which balances it in a fun way, not the standard carbon copying

lol, How can you compare the 2 choppers and say its unbvalanced when you dont take all things into consideration lol. And personally as a excellent gunner/pilot, the Cobra every time wins hands down!!! SPecially with the 1.3 patch lol. How many times does the missle go through the combra compared to the havoc!!!! Infct i dont think ive had a missle go 'through' a havoc. As for the gun being weak on the cobra, ********. Learn to aim youth!!!

Havoc is a fat heap of **** for noobs, Cobra is for the skilled people. SImple as. As for china, well thats just a heap of crap, all the characteristics of the havoc without the firepower. SH!T!!!

Hypothetically speaking, if you get two good pilots and two good gunners in a chopper duel and both gunners miss their tv missiles, who do you think is gonna win? Obviously the havoc. The cobra gunner is gonna be firing short bursts that do pitiful damage to the havoc meanwhile the havoc gunner is gonna have a blast holding down his fire button.

I have to totaly disagree with you there the havoc is a real fat puppy and when it fires its missles at the cobra only half of them are going to hit the other half are going to miss. So theres your balance straight away the cobra can land all its missles on the havoc while it can land at most 50% and thats not even taking into account manoverability.

But I agree with you, aswell as the fact that comparing the cobra and havoc flying, being a 80% pilot, is like comparing a monkey and elephants jumping between trees.

From an infantry point of view the havoc gun is way overpowered....the splash damage on that thing is way to high. when i cobra's gunner is shooting me i do at least have a chance to get away and the gunner has to at least hit me. With the havoc if i hear 2 pop pop sounds before i die i was lucky. when i'm gunner in the havoc i can just randomly fire around at a flag and rack up kills on infantry that i can hardly even see.

If they reduce the splash damage but keep it the same damage then it would be more balanced.

no idea which one is the havoc, but the cannon on the cobra needs good aiming, that requires a pilot to give you a steady view.

lame pilot = ~5 seconds to kill 1 person
good pilot = ~1second to kill 1 person, because you can get them in one or 2 short bursts.

I agree, i love the cobra, its by far the best heli for gunning and flying, It also seems to have some magic anti missle defence on it more than the others where missles go through it, get to it then shoot another direction etc lol. 1.3 is so screwed up lol.

Havoc(MEC CHOPPER) is for novices, cobra rules. China's may as well be sent to the scrap yard lol

Well, the main role of attack choppers in this game is to take out armor and aerial targets.

This guy Hendrix_(Nor) is the best gunner I ever had, we had such a great time choppering our assess off, hiding behind a hill, waiting for a friend to spot something, then go up, fire and hide again, he will be able to guide the missile whether or not the chopper is in visual range (some people just don't understand that).

With the improved AA it's suicide to gun and run with a chopper if the enemy has someone skilled in a Linebacker / Tunguska / PZG-95.

THis is a game mate, not real life. And neither is it relistic lol. Its an arcade style game made with real life vehicles. Think DICE were trying to balance things out but thats 1 thing this game isnt, Baslanced!!! Nice bit of info about it though

The cobra kicks the havoc's ass. Never been shot down by a havoc while in my cobra. Can't say the same for thoose havoc pilots though :)
