If there was a benefit to being a SL, I would be all for this change. I think the SL should get flag assist and capture points, if any member of his squad caps a flag.

They need to rethink the way it's done, because in pubs, it's just assenine the way it is now.

No, to make this work without exploits the squad leader should get 25% of all defend / capture points other squad members earn.

There is no reason the squad leader can't get kills too.

This idea was suggested to and ignored by EA / Dice.

Yeah, well squads itself was innovative in BF2. This spawn baecon makes new fresh feature in bf2142 and you can't blame them using this for new game.

No it wasn't, it's simply an extension of the buddy system that players asked for in BF'42. They just added leader as spawn point extras.

they sad they will only nerf squadhopping but instead they nerfed sqyadcycling also

and that's what bothers me the most. Not allowing people to jump squads at will at any time I can live with.

But not being able to cycle the squad is pathetic.

It should be automatic. As in, when the leader dies, a few seconds later someone alive is automatically made leader and so on.

Im still waiting for 1 little fix that will prolly not happen- make the bloody guns realistic. Thats why i bought the game. Should have been smart and waited a few months and see what other ppl say.

Damn they should have put it on the box: Realistic look, arcade feel.

well in the "tactical mod" they added blood and way more realism so get that one its in the "brain off" place
