Gunship 2000 takes me back. Got it as part of Microprose set with JetFighter II, played both to death on my 486 with the whopping 2MB video. I love today's graphics, but I had every bit as much fun playing those old games under DOS as I do today's more "immersive" titles.

I still remember the very first video game I ever saw... I was 4 and in Disneyland. It was SpaceInvaders... the original. I was blown away. A couple years later, I got my first computer (a Vic 20) and coded up my first game, saved to audio tape!

BTW, I'm 31 but had an early start with computers.

Edit: I forgot Pong! We had an original Pong unit. Not even Super Pong with multi game modes. Just two blocks, a line, and a blip.

21, built my first comp at 16 and built 20 or some more since then.. including my current one, run a little repair computer shop out of my house as a side job, been playin video games since atari... and prolly will never stop :)

Your poll has very small demographics...One starting at 12 and under, shifting to 13-17, then 18-25, then 26-39, then 40+ or something would have been better...

And don't forget about the awesome Beep, Boop two tone audio effects :)
LOL, by the time we got Pong at our house ~1976 it had advanced to the über-nextgen console with 4 game modes (Pong, Tennis, Doubles, Squash) and 2 paddle sizes.

Well i could have all sorts of different age categorys , but as i am new to on-line gaming , forums ect i just had to find out if i was a sad old git or not !!!

Well seems like i am not the only 36 year old that is hooked on this game .

I was saying earlier, that is two big of a grouping, esp if you clump 18-25 like that.

I think their needs to be a sub-forum with nothing but polls in it, under the BF2 Discussion group

From my experience I would think the majority of BF2 players are under 12.
