My biggest pet peeve is people who spend half the day complaining about the game on the forums and the other half of the day playing the game. You only paid $60 and the game works fine and is a lot of fun.

Well, it's just its mods, i.e., Counter Stike. I doubt many are actually playing pure HL1 much anymore. :p

Remaining off-topic, I never understood the phenomenal success and appeal of CS. I tried it for a bit, and it was okay, but it didn't blow my socks off or anything. Yet the fanbase to this day puts even those whacky convention going, costume wearing, weirdo MMORPG players to shame.

Tards on my team who like to get on my line of fire. I mean its quite obvious when they passed me from behind and walk right in front of me when im right in the middle of killing someone and I have to kill them(by accident or by aggrivation) to finish the deed. Then like true noob-tard fasion they punish.

Ive never been involved in a gameing community prior to bf2, i just played the games and had fun.
So i decided to take a look at whats going on and what people are saying about the game....,

Ive never seen so much b*tching, whineing, namecalling, backstabbing mob rules attitudes and ignorance as well as egotism out side of a soap opera before!!!!

I must admit ive been guilty of it myself been drawn in!! wth!! eeek

Its just crazy shiznit! what happened to having fun in a game? why does it all have to be analyzed to death ?

Is it local to just BF2? or is it just that BF2 seems to bring out the worst in people?
I really would love to understand what this undertow of haters is all about.

Front-lines commanders who drop supply boxes on themselves, do UAV scans on themselves and drop arty on targets they are approaching alone...

Wow nothing bothers me more then tank whore, every time i see them rollin down the road i get ****ed and think that there is nothing but a little n00b in there trying to get some easy kills. Even for those who dont tank camp i still have no respect.

Every single high ranked person i see, they're all going round in tanks spawn-killing people and just sitting in a tank for the whole game.

The AT missile needs to be improved so that it can kill a tank in a matter of 2 hits. That will stop them.

Us groundpounders need to unite together and open up some whoopass on these bitches.

-team killers (for bordom or for vehicles)
-people who lock out squads
-base rapers
-teams not working as a team
