I find that usually the really, really good jet pilots, tankers, and helo pilots, do very little to further the cause of winning. But, do an aweful lot, to further their cause.... points.
Its pretty evident, when you have 2 tanks, and 1 apc and a whole squad taking over one of your last flags, and your jets, and helos, are over spawn raping the enemies main, instead of protecting the last spawn point.
Seriously, this seems to be the case 90% of the time.
If i spot a tank, thats hunkering down on my location that poses a threat to my flag, and my happy go lucky helo pilot passes right over.........and goes and rapes some lots of spawning' other flag........i get fairly upset, gamewise. To me thats the worst pilot/tanker in the game. So what if they get 130 points..............in a losing battle. What did it do?

some will, but theyre not the really good ones.

the really good ones will attack: the carrier, friendly free enemy flags, choppers, planes, boats and tanks making their way up the battlefield <-- these are a problem though... they are normally so close to friendlies that a plane will not bomb them due to tk's and punishes.
but you cant expect your pilots to get everything in one go, a good one will get a large majority of the targets per reload.

Unfortunately, they paid just the same for the game as you did (unless they have an illegal copy), and have just as much right to the tank or whatever the hell is is in the game as you.

Oh, come on. Not every game is a re-creation in miltary strategy. People drive the tanks to kill other people. Simple as that.

Also, if the tanker is getting 130 points (kills only - which would be rare) that's 65 tickets taken off for the other team. I would say that's helping quite a bit.

ummmmmmmmm yea it does. the more kills, the more the other teams tickets drop. and if theyre raping the carrier, theyre killing potential jet and heli pilots/gunners which gives you less to worry about :)

If you read more carefully,I said in my first post that HE fired and killed me first with the his anti-tank weapon when I got the tank.AFTER that,I blew him off with the c4 when I respawned and he took the tank again.

Man,of course I can train to become good in other vehicles as well,but I love tanks.I'm into such stuff.When I go to the army I'll try to go to serve in the armored divisions.I hope I will become a crewmember of a tank.Greece got the latest version of the Leopard 2A6 you know,the Leopard 2A6 HEL

Yeah thats different if you get out to repair, i agree it is your tank then. But if you spawn and expect your tank to be there and someone else gets in, thats just tough. If your not fast your last!

Yeah I agree on that, I mean its the same with the jet you get in and they are like standing infront of it claiming its theirs and you will have to go through them, I don't mind tking them though they deserve it and I make up the points .

ok i must have overlooked that, and assumed you were admitting that you deserve the tank more.......you should have explained it as a revenge TK (which i dont have a problem with), not a TK for a vehicle

what i said still applies to all the ppl who TK for vehicles with the mentality they are better, and more deserving......that sh!t p!sses me off

Yeah,he used to take the tank again and again while I was trying to get to it and when I finally got it he fired 2-3 missiles with his anti-tank weapon and destroyed the tank while I was leaving to go to the enemies.He killed me and then when I asked him what is he doing he said that he did that because I didn't give him a lift!Lol!!!THEN....he got the tank again,I planted c4 and I blew him up.

I've had the tank stolen from me too when I was repairing it.Lol!I was like..."what the heck?"

All I ever see are jets bombing carriers and tanks camping the last enemy base. My calls for help are rarely ever answered by anything bigger than a guy with two feet and a heartbeat.

1. How do I know YOUR not the noob with the tank? There is no bio ingame
2. Most people dont care about the team...they care about their stats
3. If you don't let others take the vehicles, then how can they get better at using them, therfor really helping the "team" out

i've been in a jet and answered to too many help calls from ppl like u. i come and help out and bomb the tank and accidently hit the guy who called for help as well...and what does he do? he ****ing punishes me for trying to help him.

You're so wrong my friend.First of all I leave the tanks or other vehicles to the people that better than me in using them with no second thought.No matter what,the team comes first.And we gotta win man!!!!

Second,I personally don't go to there "last base" or generally stay at an enemy base(I rarely camp a base,I only do that when I know enemies are coming to get the flag)I usually go here and there to destroy other Tanks or APCs or help my teammates against enemy soldiers.

Oh and if I can...I'll also try to shoot down a helicopter with the tank! :P

It's hard...but sometimes you can actually do it!Lol!I've done it a few times and it is really fun!Hehehehe! :P

Oh, as for all of you morons who say that jet and tank users do nothing other than work for their own score and kills, you're sooo totally right, I mean, killing your enemy means absolutely nothing in a war! It's sooo noobish! Let's nerf jets even more! yay!!!
