Tonight I was 30 and 0 at one point with the bomber tonight.
A guy on the ground ask if he could fly with me, pilot or co.
I said yes..
I cant land all that well so I just crashed on purpose.
Respawn at the strip were he was.
plane pops and he hesitates to get in..I say go for it and then I hop in the co seat.
I spent the next 15min runnin into mountains and bombing completely nothing..
But everytime we died I gave him the bomber again and again.
Soon we finally were hitting targets, evading enemy pilots..and actually survivng more then 2-3 minutes.
He thanked me, we added each other to Xfire..and all and all I had fun actually being civil then going MINE!!!!

BTW..each round we play guys isnt saving the world, isnt getting you laid and know one cares about how ubah your 60 and 0 rounds were..

two last things..
firstly, if Im there waiting for a spawn and you ask, its yours, if you try to nudge me out and such..your a prick and Ill remeber you when you need ammo/health. You TK me..your a$$ is mine when I see you again..even if I have to be kicked, I got all my unlocks and the rest of my points are worthless garbage Im willing to lose do to TKing a Tker.

Lastly..every kit has a gun..which means if I lose a vehicle..guess what..I still have a weapon. I dont stand around dragging my **** in the dirt whining cause Im so ubah..I play for fun, not to wait or whine.

I've got some good advice for you Foinikas:-
If YOUR precious T-90 is being used by a team mate (even if, in your opinion they are not as good as you) try this instead:-
USE THE C4 ON THE ENEMY NOT TEAM MATES!!
You said that you are a team player - practice what you preach and act like it!!
Another free piece of advice:- try using other vehicles and sometimes going on foot in a squad (flexibility is the key to getting the most out of BF2)

The scientific laws of BF2 explains all:

1. If you spot an enemy before he sees you, chances are you will die.

2. The probability of killing someone is inversely proportional to how much you want to kill him.

Ok,so you're good at using a vehicle or something else in the game VERY WELL.I mean come on man,some people use airplanes and petrify their opponents,some others are killing machines inside helicopters,others just go on a killing spree when using a tank.I'm one of these tank guys.

Using the T-90 tank is the best think I can do in this game.I may not be the best,since I just started playing multiplayer and it sure it different than playing with bots,but heck I do far more damage when I'm inside a tank rather than using anything else.And especially the T-90 tank is the one that I can use the best and I have proved many times online that I can be really good at it.Well don't you guys just HATE it when guys who are total noobs in using a vehicle or just want a transport go and take it and you look at them running in front of you getting it first when you have placed yourself in that spawn point to get that specific vehicle?


Well of course you'll tell me "Chill out dude,it's a game,we should all have fun and use all the vehicles" but then again isn't that the best for the team?For the best guy in something to use that something for the team to win?I've asked or yelled at people so many times during a game to LEAVE the tank or get off the tank but rarely anyone heard me.Some guys did and I proved to them how good I am at using it.Right now I was playing in a server and there was a guy who "stole" the tank from me once,then was about to take it again,and when i took it and didn't give him a lift he fired with the anti-tank gun and destroyed the tank with me in it.Then he got it again and I was so ****ed off that I acted like a child,I planted c4 on the tank and told him to get off...he didn't so I blew the tank up and then he started a kick vote against me.

Have you ever had any cases where you can't get the vehicle or helicopter that you can kick ass with all the time because of some morons who wanna have it their way?

this type of clown is exactly what is wrong with the BF2 community, its full of total retards. I hark back to the days when online gaming used to be fun and not full of ignorant twats! Anyone else remember when u used to log on to a server to be greeted with a simple "hi m8 w/f?".

I've been playing online for nearly 10 yrs and its only in the last say 2 yrs I've noticed this remarkable downturn in manners we used to be all gamers, now we're either l337 or a noob! its really starting to p**s me off.

I've not been playing long, but I do get the sense that I will always be a noob because there will always be someone out there that thinks they're Colonel ****-of-the-woods that deserves the tank/jet/helo over me, and is always looking for some excuse to knock me to make them feel big. Does that mean I can never go in a tank?

I just keep reminding myself that its just a game and that I'm in it for the fun, and not to make me feel better about my crappy life.

I really don't care if you are Colonel ****, if I see a tank spawn and I get there first, its mine, you can complain all you like.

Foinikas, when your waiting for YOUR tank, do you question whether the person thats "STOLEN" it from you may well be better than you?

Guys,guys guys!Relax!

First of all I LOVE teamplay and I'm usually kind to people.Now I DON'T use my c4 to hurt my teammates,I only did that back then with that guy because I was totally ****ed off by his attitude.

I know it's a game and we're supposed to have fun and no I'm not some "uber" guy using the tank or whatever,but it's just that using this tank is the best thing that I can do and I have so much fun by using it.I'm not DEMANDING for people to leave it for me all the time or act like a smartass.
But I do feel bad or bittered a bit when I can't get it all the time and I see others who can't do real damage with it or use it well to have it all the time.

As for what some of you said:

1.I do use other vehicles when I don't have the tank,I do give people lifts,I do try to be always inventive and use every vehicle (to go into enemy territory if it's fast or cover my allies and hunt the enemies if it's an armored vehicle)as best as I can.And heck,of course I go on foot lots of times!I mostly use the Special Forces kit,so you can understand that I'm not always inside a vehicle.

2.I rarely use the engineer kit because I've got used to the Special Forces kit and also,when I'm using a tank I'm supposed to go into the hot spots and hunt down enemy vehicles or infantry.In such cases,especially in Karkand it's a bit difficult to get off the tank and start repairing it.Usually you don't get the chance to get down and repair it after a tank battle.That's a bit hard when you've got an Abrams and a LAV firing at you and at the same time you see anti-tank guys running here and there in the streets.

That's why if the tank is about to be blown up,I get off and keep fighting on foot.



Heck,guys don't blame me for my love for tanks.I want to have fun in the game and get some badges as well.Is that bad?

But i get frustrated when guys who can't use a tank or helicopter well just go and take it from someone who can use it well to the advantage of the team all the time.You know I was playing at a server once and when they kept taking the tank all the time and I asked them to let me drive it again and again because I was good at it they kept refusing and then one of the told me "do you wanna get kicked?" and another one said "It's our server!!!!".

Is this kind of behavior good?

P.S.Oh and Jaster,when I see that someone uses the tank very well or better than me of course I leave it to them,that's happened to me lots of times.

anyone who teamkills for a vehicle is an arrogant pompus ignorant @sshole....

this may be a bit of a surprise, but the ranked servers are public, and all the vehicles are public domain, so if John Q Noob wants a run in the tank, you have no right to interfere.....that is conduct disruptive to gameplay, and warrents a kick/ban from any decently admined server.....

pull your head out of your ass, you have stated its about fun, so why not stop being so selfish and let others have fun too.....or is it only about your fun?

ppl like you make this game suck, you care only about your points, and your fun, and u feel you have the right to ruin anyone elses fun to have your way....and feel you have some precedence over any other player.....but guess what..... You have to get "your vehicle" and die with it for the rest of the game, at the beginning of the round... or else you're screwed.

Face it, no matter how much you try to justify it to yourself by getting other asshats to chime in with "yeah that sucks, go ahead and waste 'em", being a team player is like being a virgin, or like getting wet. You either are or you aren't. Period. Asshat, or not. You make the choice.

I totally agree with the posters who said this type of subjuvenile behavior will kill the BF2 community, and that it has gotten much worse in recent years. I blame it on cheap hardware - used to be only adults could afford high end rigs to play online. Now, with $400 machines every preteen in the world has one and spends 14 hours a day online tking for "their" plane or tank. *sigh*

After all that you said in the begining I thought that you were good with tanks...but a 2:1 kill death ratio? never been that bad even when I was a noob .
I think i am an average when using tanks and my k/d ratio is almost 4:1...when I first read your post I though your k/d ratio was 8:1 or more eh eh.

yes. especially with the attack chopper when the opposing team has a good gunner and some dumbass takes our attack chopper to try and cap flags but he just feeds the other team kills which in turn loses us tickets. i tk cases like these. and dont give me some ******** about"well nayml3ss, maybe you should teach him". im here to play the game and enjoy myself and kill **** and win, not to teach someone how to use the helo right which you do not learn in one day. when i first started playing, i let ppl who were good in the helo take it cause i knew i sucked at it. i had the common sense to go to empty servers and learn the ****. why cant ppl who dont know how to use a vehicle effectively have the common sense to do the same?
