Yep... Microsoft is the exact same way. So is GMC, Ford, and every other American Auto Maker.

It's that brand of "quality" and "customer satisfaction" that has kept them so darn competitive.

Exactly, that's why their employees are starving, especially their CEO's. Well what are you gonna do, you gotta make the customer happy. After all who wants to buy crapy honda or toyota when you can buy GM that will last forever, and save you lot of money on gas.
