Yeh just the sort of thing id expect closing a thread that threatens your precious ROE,..., there was no flaming it was a constructive thread why close it?

bah this is getting as bad as the official UK forums and its over zealous "moderating" ie: if it doesnt fit with our opinion then your banned/locked/closed.

I thought the ROE was open for public feedback? so much for that eh?

there is a forum for feedback, this topic has been discussed to death, no matter how you slice it those servers are illegal

you risk being reset and the servers will get shut down, I have ea do it every day...

Personally im not for OR against K&P servers.., what i AM against is the fact that self appointed officials are telling us how to play! thats nothing short of dictatorship!.

you make it sound like I do this for my health...

with an online ranking system like this there has to be a set of rules, which I spent several weeks writting along with EA's help,

if you cant play by the rules,

there is always checkers...

Mods can lock/delete a thread if they feel is it in violation of the forums regs.

This thread is also in that category, so I might be locked/deleted soon as well.

Different boards have different regulations.

I do play by the rules! i dont baserape (even when its in the server description saying its ok to do it) etc etc and all the other rules that are set by various servers.

I Just object to others telling me how to play. What are you going to do next? put a time limit on how long you can stay in a vehicle without calling it whoreing??? we all gonna have to take a ticket and wait for that tank of karkand?

No offence IS, but at the end of the day there was no mass poll as to who manages the rules... bfroe could be said to have been inflicted on the community as much as it could be said it was provided for the community.
There is to little 'free' discussion on the subject which surely only serves to hurt your efforts. Inspite of myis's involvement in both it would be nice to see totalbf2 remain editorilly independant on all subjects, even if that may mean things that dont suite the corperate portfolio.

just curious... are people useing scripts or macros in bf2 like CS:S? cause i thought that was/is BULL HOCKEY in CS:S and i am not sure if its happening in BF2?!?!?!?!?!
