A quality, well thought out patch would be so welcomed.
Hope they put some effort into this patch.

Sure, this could start a flame war, but I was happy with the effort that was put out in the recent patches. The game has come a long way from where it was in December. Remarks like "I hope they put some effort.." really don't say much. I think DiCE has come back to the plate. They are stepping up and moving forward, why can't the rest of the community?:blabla:

I can't agree with you more. I still hear so many people complaining about EA/Dice and really, EA/Dice have stepped up to the plate. They have been listening to the community and trying their best to fix all issues. Nobody is perfect but they are still around, supporting BF2 and all of us complaining children. 1.3 patch sounds great, and if all goes as planned, alot of little bitches will be eating theiur words...

hmm not so sure, with the amount of bugs there are in game, im sure this will only create more. I think they should sit down, stop making maps, more weapons etc, and just bring a patch out that fixes as many bugs as possible.

that patch will most likely be 500mb or more in size and require 4gb free space to install

They have come a long way---to be commended---there are still issues to be resolved and hopefully this next patch will address them
