20,000 more and getting monotonous

man it has taken me bout a year to get 30k or well close to it. now imagine i have 20k to go for my next rank and i can imagine its going to take me about that long as the game is getting really monotonous for me. how did u guys with 50k and above make the long trip from 20k to 50k without getting bored with the game. dont get me wrong but i love the game.

Some people are just really devoted to the game, and like to play a lot... every hour of their waking life. It's an addiction basically.

All you can do for the next 30k is try to have the most fun that you can.

The exact same thought went through my head when I got promoted to First Sergeant. I stopped playing as much as I did before because it wasn't as fun really. But a bit of playing now and then and i'm up to 41k! So just take it slowly, you'll get there eventually.

Same. It seems to me it took ages to get to where I am (22k I think, not sure), hell, there's no way I'm getting to my next rank, I'm already getting bored fast while playing. Hopefully some mods will help :), too bad they aren't ranked .

You should be accumulating points more quickly than when you started. This is why they have each rank require more and more points each step up. For me, getting from 30k-50k was fairly quick because I know what gets me points faster. For example, always use support or medic to pick up easy team points. And maybe use armor on an infantry based map to pick up loads of kills. You just have to see what you're good at, and continue to do more of it to increase your points as fast as you can.

Roger. My points have jumped dramatically since about 10k. I just figure out what makes my score shoot up, and stick to it.
And NO, I do NOT pad.

That 20K to 50K took me several months.

I just grimly worked in the salt mines grinding out so many points per day towards a weekly goal.

It takes forever to get ranks for me. I even play alot and i score like 120 each round.

4k to my 50k and im bored sh!tless with it , im just hanging for the DCon mod .

I hear ya man. It's taking forever to reach my next rank. I only get to play on weekends and the occasional week i have off from school. I'm suprised i am where i am with how much i don't get to play.

Ouch, that's a bummer. I get to play everynight for a few hours but sometimes i get carried away with stuff and i dont get to :p.

At least when i do get to play i dont stop, maybe thats why i am where i am, lol. I can play at least 6 hours strait without bordem setting in, unless the game won't stop lagging, ppl are base raping me and spawn killing and not making it fun at all. Thats when i just quit for a few hours.
