More and more cheaters exploiting BF2 glitch

This is getting out of control. The first top 9 players are cheaters and EA is still not doing anything about it. Some of this people are noobs with only few hours of play time, and yet millions of points.

Why does it bother everone? It's obvious they're cheating and will be caught and banned eventually.

they obviously arent noobs, theyre hackers who made the account hoping ea will merely wipe their stats.

i hope ea hardware bans em all, as theyre unfairly hacking, not just padding.

Well obivously if EA resets their stats, the glitchers are going to make more accounts. Therefore, leaving EA to look for a resolution for the glitch instead of resetting their stats; they can reset their stats later but they can't fix the glitch later, it has to be addressed now.

Yes hardware ban would be a good lesson learned for them. Dont hack unless you are willing to buy another computer.(or buy some new parts)

Hardware ban gets a serial number from your harddrive, soundcard / chip, and video card. When it detects that same serial number on a server, you get kicked, therefore, if you're really determined to get back onto the battlefield it will cost you.

At least, thats how it worked in America's Army.

Man, that must be some glitch to give you 16 million commander points. Is it a widely know glitch? I'm just curious as to how it works. I've heard of wall-glitching and stuff, but damn.

No hardware ban involves certain peices of your hardware (ie. your MAC address). Nothing to do with the CD.

I do think that this is the stupidist, most obvious, glitch. Don't get in a big fuss about it. To me it is pretty funny, and there is only one end to it, getting your stats reset.:laugh:

unless youre smart and only get 200 000 points or so.

as long as you arent in the top 10 and dont have suspicious stats you wont get reset.

..... who cares? Long as they're not doing stuff in-game, how's this matter? Oh no, they'll snipe the commander spot and pwn you with all of their unlocks.
