What are your computer's specs? If you just have a PCI slot, not a PCIe (e for express) slot, then you are gonna have to get a really crappy card, and honestly I don't know if there are any PCI cards that work with Battlefield 2. I think I saw someone on here with a 9250 or something like that, but it is a super-crappy card. Neither of the cards you posted will work if you only have a PCI slot.
And yes, don't shop for PC parts at bestbuy, you can find both of those cards for around $100 less at newegg.
edit: WOW those 7900gt prices have gone DOWN. XFX has another one on there for $235 after a MIR. Weren't they in the $300 price range just a couple weeks ago?
