i believe ATI came too late in the game this time, if the new cards would have won all the benchmark with considerable margins they had a chance, but is almost the same thing, and im almost positive that Nvidia has something up their sleve mmm i don't 7800 Ultra, yes i know it was cancel, but now that ATI has their products out, it would not take much for Nvidia to push a better card and keep the lead.

the 7800 GTX outdid the x1800XT on just as many games as x1800 XT outdid the 7800 GTX.

If you paid attention as well, Crossfire can only go up to 1600x1200...so it pretty much is incomparable to SLi technology which doesnt have this really weak limitation. Coming from a 7800GTX user of course. but really, I still think that nVidia is in the stonger position over ATi and will hold this position for awhile. They arent even using 90nm tech and they can steal produce cards that can easily take on head to head, the latest from ATi.

Wow just wow. The stupidity from you guys is beyond my wildest dreams. I can't even fathom how dumb some of these posts are. The Crossfire is not what you guys think it is. You can mix the same level of card like any x800 or any x850 not a 800 and a 850, And if you had magical powers the faster card (x1800) with a x800 would run rediculously slow and have no effect what so ever. The stuff king of chaos has said just blew my mind. 10 more fps is worth 200 more dollars? considering the card is extremely late and basicly isnt being sold yet you are on my top 10 dumbass list. Oh and xfire can only support 1600x1200 witch most people do sli to go above and beyond. Xfire isn't even out yet anyways so just stop posting.:laugh:
