Right now I have 2x 512MB dual channel RAM but I want to upgrade to 2 gigs. What would u guys advise? Get 2x 1 gig, or add 2 more 512MB? Money is kind of an object here, but if the difference is noticeably worth it, I might go for it.

Yes 4-512s will work in your motherboard quite nicely, just make sure you buy the same exact kind. Thanks guys.Originally posted by lcplsickoll4-512's will still run in Dual Channel and from what I understand, it's better to have 4-512's than 2-1Gb sticks. I haven't tested this myself, it's what I've read in reviewsComment

It matters more with what cpu you have than it does the motherboard, as A64s have an on-die memory controller. If you CPU is rev. e you should not have any problems.Comment
