Ummm, speedtest.net is giving you the speed in kilo(or mega)BITS (kb) per second.. where as your file download in windows is almost always listed as kiloBYTES (kB) per second. 8 bits to a byte, so for the OP:
350kBps x 8 = 2800kbps
unless you are actually getting downloads at 350kbps... if thats the case I'd be doing some major complaining to my isp.
Other way Vika.. your 945 is already in bits.. if you want to find the kB you'd divide by 8.. or 945/8= 118ishkB so your only getting about half of your rated kB
I've got a screenshot somewhere of me downloading the Auto Assault client at 1500kbs... and some downloads from FP hit just over 1000kbs, but that's about it.
