I'm using the free Windows Security Essentials. No problems so far. Then again, this is probably one of the riskiest sites I visit. So I might not be the best of examples.
It got good reviews and doesn't seem to slow my gaming at all whether I disable it or not.

I'll have to third the Avast usage.

However, I have heard good things about MSE and of course, there's always NOD32.

Using Microsoft Security Essentials. Surprisingly good and more importantly very lightweight. It's warned me of things like viruses in .rar archives and is fweee :)

I'm using Symantec Endpoint, because my university told me to.

Although i am currently using Anti-vir because i though i had something,it is far to sensative with false pickups.

Usually i use AVG and will again,i recomend it to everyone:thumbsup:

I would recommend Avast anti virus software because I have been using this anti virus software last two years I had not seen any problem in my PC . Its having a really very nice feature to kill our system having a virus.

Microsoft Security Essentials. Free, lightweight, and won't annoy you with popups.
