I thought it was a rip off, but i wasn't going to get anything that good less. I bought it a while back and it's still going strong, so i guess over time, it doesn't seem that bad.

I got a mouse pad from the same company taht i got my mouse from Sharkoon..And its awesome..probably because its called 1337 pad and it makes me 1337...

xX5N1P3RXx: So is your headset mic pretty comfortable and all? If I get a headset, the first thing I want it to be besides it actually working would be a comfortable headset. I'm already looking at desktop mics based off some other reviews and what Alex told me but if it's really that great, then I'll look into it. (Yeah, I also go with pretty much everything that is made by Logitech also... )

you should try headsets. When I was first looking for them, I went to best buy, found one that looked ok, bought it, and when I got home I tried it on. I tested it by playing some music to see what the sound quality is like, and I played a couple games for an hour or so to see what game sound quality was like, and how comfortable it was wearing it for an hour straight.

whenever I didn't like one, I just repackaged it and took it back. I did this like 4 times in 1 day

Some people may complain about it getting hair and stuff on it, its simple to just swipe it with a duster or your hand though.

i could do with a mouse mat (or atleast a decent one) I found my table to be better than one of the cheap ones designed for rollerballs with my G9 although it is not ideal.

Tomeis: Do you have any specific reccomandations for a headset or maybe you have a picture of the one you have? Thanks that would be great. Also, do you prefer, as far as headsets go, the over-the-head kind of mics or the ones that rest on your neck?

nah, I never found a headset that I liked (i use my webcam as a mic, remember? :p)

and I've never heard of a mic that rests on your neck...

oh, the around the head headsets.

yeah I have tried those, and I hate those ones the most. On top of the head headsets/headphones are much more comfortable. I think most can agree with me.

also, I find those around the neck headsets have really bad sound insulation. my brother had a set like one of the ones in those links. its more like speakers, than headphones because I could hear it just as loud as he could.

Alright guys, I have to say again - thanks for all your help and support. After discussing with you and looking around on my own I decided to go with the following...

MX518 Logitech mouse - here. And this Logitech desktop microphone - here.

As for the mousepad... If I get one, and I probably will eventually, this one looks like a good choice - take a look.

Well tell me what you think...
