Godzilla (1998). I remember seeing it as a kid and thinking it was the best, but I re-watched it last night and it was the worst action movie I've ever seen.

The dialogue was contrived and predictable, the acting was horrible, the characters had no personality, all flimsy and emotionless. It was a movie that was well aware that it was movie, so much so that it was hard to watch, during commercials I would try to find something else.

absolutely loved it, dunno why but it really gripped me, even though its just one of those the virus kills all etc (28 days/weeks later, resident evil)

I hated i am legend.. I think it was the combination of OVER hype building up huge over expectaions, the storyline, him having to kill his dog and the poor CG.. I got to just over half way and turned it off =\

28 days is still the best there is in the whole zombie/virus genre IMO.

The English are good at making movies.

I really hated the fake looking effects in I Am Legend but imo, it was a decent movie. The only thing that ****ed the movie up for me, though, was when they introduced that woman and the kid. They always have to do **** like that. I would have killed those 2 ****s and moved on with my awesome life in a "vampire" infested world, kicking *** every day. That would have been awesome.

Watched Semi-pro...And my view of Will ferrell is deteriorating fast..if he doesnt do a good movie soon....Hes just crap atm...

I liked I am Legend, the first sections of the movie are really good and Will Smith does a superb job

and its very sad with the dog etc the movie sort of goes downhill when the woman and kid show up and the CGI is terrible but overall I very much enjoyed the film

shall be watching Dark Knight this week

Just got back from Wall-E. and i thought it was great. and it was better than i expected too.

as for I am Legend, the last half hour let me down, and when your life is in danger, note to selves. throw nade, close door. rather than ****ing hold it or whatever he did.:shakehead:

I kinda lolled when i saw the nade explode in I Am Legend... It looked like a freaking napalm bomb instead of a frag grenade

Was pretty funny. Some annoyances here and there but overall a good movie.

yer the end of Legend is a bit weird, but hes meant to be a bit ****ed in the head, having lost everything, so he's willing

the alternate ending is better on the grounds of simple meaning but otherwise I don't mind

and glad you liked Wall-E
