What a great day. Started out by losing my wallet and every single document inside. One of my closest friends found out he has cancer and I am extremely hangover from yesterdays class meeting. why do I allow this to happen to myself

What? How are you making money?

I've only got 3 badges, 2 from Don't Starve and 2 from CS:GO and they go for around $1.3 each.

From selling a lot of cards on the Steam Market and from selling some TF2 crates and that one Unusual for 22 keys (which net me about 40ish dollars). I've crafted badges just for TF2 and L4D and sold the rest.

There are limited drops for every game. Once you hit the drop limit each game, that's it, no more drops. You have to trade with someone or buy the cards on the market if you want those cards again after selling them.

The only exceptions are Dota 2 and TF2. Not sure about Dota 2's figures but for every $9 you spend in the TF2 store, you earn another card drop. Valve, however, has designed it so that you cannot (supposedly) earn every card on your own just from drops.

The Giant Bomb staffers had some equipment stolen tonight in LA while they were covering the E3 stuff. They are now unable to broadcast their daily post-E3 wrap-up tonight but hope to return tomorrow.

No, it was nothing like that.

I decided that I liked BF1942 and am going to play it full time. Back then you could pick any name you wanted and it didn't matter if someone else had it or not. There could be two CptainCrunchs' on the same server. So I wanted a name that was my own. Not my name name, but something I could always use for other games and people would know its me.

I wanted a name that had a military rank and also be something people knew, something I could play off of. So after going through knows like GI Joe, Major Payne, Seargent Slaughter, etc... I liked Cap N Crunch. So I started with that, but noticed there were MANY Cap N Crunchs. So I changed it to CaptainCrunch and things were pretty good. I liked the name because its a well known character, had a rank, and wasnt too serious. I also liked it because we have a friend who worked with Rides the Ducks (ww2 amphibious vehicle) in Branson and used the handle Cap N Crunch. So I even have a friend who uses it. Also, I am in the computer industry and there is a phreaker that used the handle Cap N Crunch, so it all fit for it.

So anyway; here I am with CaptainCrunch and things are good in 1942 and Vietnam but then BF2 comes out and it has stats. Now everyone has to have a unique name and CaptainCrunch is taken. So, I drop the A and I then also go and get CptainCrunch in a number of other games and sites and pretty much monopolize it to the point that if there is an FPS game and it has a CptainCrunch, its probably me.

So with BF2 I become CptainCrunch and found totalbf2.com to learn how to better play the game and understand the mechanics of it and registered with it.

Been CptainCrunch ever since. Battlefield, CoD, Steam, MoH, Live, etc....

For Halloween I was CountChocula a few times.
