Yeah. Real Italians don't seem to eat out much. I'm not even planning on eating out that much. Everything in Rome is freaking expensive. I made pasta for dinner. :awes

Agreed. Please share some insight. I got into an argument the other day with my uncle. I must have been in the hot section of Paris and Niece when we went because I thought there were a ton of hot girls there yet he insisted the girls from the Netherlands were hotter even though he's never been to France. You can now vouch for Italy. Show us some pics!!!!!!

I don't think there IS a poor person food in Italy. Everything is so dang expensive. That's why a lot of people that live (not visit) there grow/make their own food because the restaurants have ridiculous prices.

It's just a guess but pasta is probably the cheapest thing you can find there.

Well, comparatively. And I think its mainly from old times or something.
I say that because I was told a story by my sister who travelled through europe (well, It was one of her friends experiences, not sure if she went to italy) that her friend asked for JUST pizza at a restaurant, not as an entree, and they all were confused and offended.
