Only the default (TGN Light) theme for now. Dark them is also coming back soon. Then CSN. Then Wrestlin' Nation. A lot of WIP stuff right now. There are a couple of things still not working either. Sorry.
I thought it was called "Windmill" in English? At least that's what the British guys in Magaluf called it when I did that after skinny-dipping in the hotel pool at 6 am.
Don't know whether to go see Calvin Harris on the 30th sept, which is a thursday...thursdays are usually crap in town... wednesday student night is where its at...
I deadlifted 450 in 8th grade and got it with ease then attempted 500 and lifted it but hurt my back right after I got it up. My deadlift has been between 500-550 since but the injury I sustained to my back left me with a squat of less than 325 at max which is now prob much lower. My injury wasn't from bad form but likely due to a BMX bicycling injury I had about a year before but didn't seek medical attention.
440 could be a hard goal for some but for others it could come very easily. The deadlift is that type of lift. Someone who's never weight lifted could deadlift 440lbs. While there are other people where 440lbs would be a goal that could only be achieved through years of lifting.
I ended up hang-cleaning and benching more than I could squat and now I can power clean more than I can squat.
I have left the bigger weights to leg presses and calf presses.
This was 9th grade I was benching about 275-295 and deadlifting in the 500's. I broke highschool bench record and pull-up record in 10th grade, veritical jump in the 9th and ran a 40 yard dash in 4.48.
I also took a cycle of dball during the summer before 10th grade.
