Yep endorphins feel good
Back in my Buddhist days lol I learned the ying yang theory of body conditioning. My sifu(or shifu) said the body has only got a certain amount of kms on it,actually he was refering to reproductive stuff also lol.
So i thought to myself, One needs a balance of hard work and rest without being fantical. Have you ever heard of really healthy people running along a road and they drop dead, they litterally melt there own body.
One of the biggest things the chinese say, and this is why they all do tai chi. Is that flexability is the key to a long and healthy life...I could go on and on about this and the number 11s that show on old people before there time is up but im sure im raving by now lol.
Just remember to every rep do a stretch,it will build up you elastic force and make premote muscle fibres to bond.
