Yeah some jackass kid drove around my neighborhood and I could hear his music at a comfortable listening level up in my room on the 2nd floor about 35 feet from the street.

Also, just got my high school diploma. :awes

Imagine that you are a dictatorial leader of a great military power and you have problem with some other peoples in foreign land. The people mentioned are intrasigant and hate your country, your nation, your culture and specifically you. If that's not bad enough, they are causing some trouble to you and your country by inflicting violations on the sovereignity of your state and damage on economic prospect. Before the advancement of modern ethics, international law and rules of wars, the usual way to deal with this kind of situation is indiscriminate punishment via violence.

However, the problem is, good people don't do these sort of things: pillaging, arson, raping, plundering, killing, murdering, robbing and stealing. Bad people do. So, in order to conduct punishment operation with contingency forces, you have to recruit bad people, usually mobsters, street thugs, gangsters, burglars or generally people like that. You have to train them, give them weapons then send them to the said foreign land to perform human atrocity. You give them two choices: either stay at home and be executed, or go to the foreign war and keep whatever loot you can plunder and do whatever you like with the locals.

Well, the operation went through with complete success. Now you have a new problem. It is too successful that too many of those bad people came out alive. Now you have a serious problem: bad people with weapons, organization and training. You have two choices with these people: keep them over there or design a plot to kill them all. If you keep them there, then you just create another people that hate you specifically. If you design a cunning plot, then you need to hire another band of thugs all over again.

The circle of violence never ends.
