WOW this is such old news, ive had vista since the private alpha testing versions witch was almost a year ago. Tho it has greatly improved troughout the releses i still hope DirectX 10 will be backward compatible with graphic cards and games unlike what they said.

meh, I had the chance then but turned it down. I waited until the final phase. I still stay in contact with a dev or two, to see how it is comin' along.

OMFG i just got back from the store and it says still no dvd in drive???? i got dvd+r and it says nothing in it??? i have tried nero6, nero7, just draging it, and magic iso!!! plz help

why not it would be fun, anyways im having enough trouble trying to resize my hdd to allow for me to make a 40gb partition else i can install vista on my d(stuff) drive as its currently set as active

can you read any disc? maybe your jumpers need to be changed... just a guess.

You dont need 40Gb for it, 15 should be heaps.

makes no difference its trying to make the space :p all the space on my 2 drives is all partitioned out,

i set a nice task for my HDD this morning before i left for work, i set it to copy all the stuff from one drive to the other moving 120gb

A tip: use something like bootmanager... It's usefull! For example Vista crashes and can't start up, then load an other bootpartition! Use it and it's good! Only had to reinstall my computer once (I suceeded to remove a lot of Windows startup files when looking for bugs :p)
