I don't feel like writing a proper article for this, so I'm just going to quickly offer a list of the games and expansions I played and liked to some degree in 2024. I'm basically just going to list these in the order they were first released. Unless specified, there's no real "rank" to the following list.

  • Banishers: Ghosts of New Eden

  • The Outlast Trials
  • Dragon's Dogma 2
  • System Shock
  • Destiny 2: The Final Shape (not the subsequent seasons though)
  • Elden Ring: Shadow of the Erdtree (though not as good as the base game)
  • Riven
  • The First Descendant (played a while, quickly fell off as I didn't want to grind for gear)
  • Once Human
  • Star Wars Outlaws
  • Skull & Bones (it's just kind of a chill game, didn't get too deep into it)
  • Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2
  • Final Fantasy 16 (though I'm only a couple of hours into it)
  • Dead Rising Deluxe Remaster

  • Shadows of Doubt
  • Diablo 4: Vessel of Hatred
  • Wayfinder
  • Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 (best Call of Duty campaign in years, maybe of all time)
  • Dragon Age: The Veilguard (100%'ed it but still had MAJOR issues with several aspects of the game)
  • STALKER 2: Heart of Chornobyl (liked it but was extremely buggy so I didn't finish it yet)
  • Marvel Rivals
  • Path of Exile 2 (though technically early access)
