                            Im surprised it was even available. I thought it was standard practice now for any company to try to buy up many of the different names of its products or the business, let alone the MAIN .COM NAME.

                              It is, and they have. It's just that Activision forgot to reserve Modern Warfare 3 during the production of Black Ops. At least they have Future, Secret, Advanced, and (best of all) Space Warfare all to themselves before EA/DICE gets a chance to hijack them.(Using Google cache since the original link goes to an entirely different thread regarding Battlefield's grenades.)
